Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

The house with boat dock and hot/cold outdoor shower is just 100 meters from West Galveston Bay, easily accessed by the canal. Easy 1000 meters walk/drive to the beach (parking available). Fishing is fantastic in this area even from the dock. 25 minute drive to city of Galveston. The neighborhood has a full service marina, restaurant and bar.

There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.
