Quiet, Cozy Guesthouse with privacy

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Private and quiet self contained hotel style Suite located at the rear of the building including deck space with the gulf right across the street (not visible from the suite). Located in the heart of the seawall entertainment district, you’re walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. This space is ideal for a couple but can accommodate up to 4. 1 dog under 45 lbs allowed with pre-approval & the dog takes the place of a person. Grandma’s getaway cottage.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This was truly a bay getaway before digital games and internet. There are two bookcases with hard bound books, card tables, and reading lamps. There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.

Located halfway between downtown Houston and the Galveston beaches, it's just a few minutes to lots of shopping and restaurants, with Kemah Boardwalk and Nasa Space Center a short drive away. Winding creek through the property, with chickens and two horses grazing in the pasture. Lots of sheep, pigs, and donkeys next door. Property has private swimming pool for your enjoyment.

Relax in our well-appointed guesthouse, which has 2 bedrooms with luxurious high-quality cotton sheets and beautiful bedding (1 king & 1 queen). There is a quaint combo food-prep/sitting room with a fold-out queen couch. The shared property has a fishing pier over the water with large fishing lights.
