Nice place to stay. Easy check-in and Checkout. Did not have to call with any issues but received several messages letting us know how to get in touch with them if we needed something. Definitely would recommend.

This was our 2nd time booking Matthew's place. Wonderful location and amenities for our employees to have a comfortable place to stay while they were building a job in the area.

Great location, and a great time. Backyard with pool is perfect with plenty of room for activities and entertaining. You can walk to the beach and restaurants within minutes.

We had an amazing stay in Wilmington! The Airbnb was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable—just like the photos. The host was welcoming and made everything easy. We loved how close it was to the beach, great restaurants. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway—would definitely stay again!

Yolanda was very accommodating. Place was as described and seemed newly renovated. The price was a bit much for one night, but I'm assuming it goes down some if you get it for longer.

This Airbnb was great for us! Very dog friendly, right across from beach access, a nice park across the street, and walking distance to restaurants. We plan to stay here again

Andrew’s place was fantastic! Just a short walk to the beach with a beautiful view from the balcony. We had an amazing time, and our dog loved it too!

We have already recommended MK's place to some others - however, we did warn them that the unit was up 34 stairs! There was nothing in the property description to indicate that and for a couple of 73 year olds the climb with all our stuff was too much. Thankfully we had our young strong kids along! We always appreciate being able to bring our dog along, and he, along with the rest of us, totally enjoyed the 2 private balconies. The ac was plenty cold, the dryer not so hot. Beds comfortable, covered parking a plus, and we all enjoyed the pool. Location was the best, able to walk to every place, and that made it worth the 34 stair climb. Highly recommend Hang Ten Grill for huge salads and best wings ever, Salt Fish for yummy cocktails and deliciously unique entrees ( make a reservation), the Fat Pelican for a fun experience. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back!

After arriving in Carolina Beach and my previous rental not looking as described. I had to find a place quick. I booked it and she responded to me right away. She was able to assist us with anything we needed. She reached out several times to be sure that we were satisfied, enjoyed our stay and if we needed anything . The place was beautiful, clean quiet and many places in walking distance. I will definitely book again in the future

To begin with, Alex was a great host, the communication and accommodation were fantastic. Responsive to our needs from an early check to a late check out. The house was a wonderful place to stay we had a large group of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. We enjoy the stay and also enjoy the amenities like the pool table, unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because of the weather but other wise we enjoy our stay.

Booked this super late and Syndy was super fast and super responsive! Easy check-in and cozy place! Close to some great restaurants. Syndy was very kind in letting me check out later than the 10am which was very helpful. Would recommend this place to friends & family and will book again if I’m back in Wilmington. 5 stars!

My friends and I stayed here and it was amazing for just a one night trip, and I wish it had gone longer! We had the shortest walk to the beach and the place was cozy with a little porch in the front that made it very nice to hangout and enjoy the outside.

Gloria & Kevin’s place was so nice. It has beautiful views of the water, especially from in your private screen porch. The apartment is very large and roomy enough for a family. It has an amazing private beach that was awesome. Gloria & Kevin were great hosts very easy going and responded quickly to any questions we had. It is a great place for some secluded R &R. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable peaceful escape.

We stayed 2 nights. We arrived early and Katherine allowed us to check in early. Parking is available in front, but the street was very busy and Katherine made accommodations to park off street. Katherine made us aware of a parade the next day on the night before we left, which prompted us to leave earlier and miss the traffic. EXCELLENT host!

We loved our stay the lumina cottage! The host was very responsive and helped us with any needs we had during our stay. I definitely recommend booking your stay at lumina coat the in Wrightsville beach.

This is my third time staying here and it was amazing as always! I love being able to rent a golf cart and it being a short walk and drive from the boardwalk!

We will 100% be back!! We were all super relaxed including the dogs. Screened in porch with the rocking chairs was a big hit. The outdoor shower was perfect after spending the day at the beach. As always the locals are super friendly and inviting. Very walkable area with a greenway in the back of the neighborhood. Already sent the link to multiple friends and family.

This place was awesome. The host was amazing as well. We needed some batteries and she responded within minutes and brought them to us within the hour. I was very impressed. I also appreciate the complimentary treats for my pups. We were very comfortable there and I could tell my dogs were comfortable too. Everything is so close by that we never drove by car. We went everywhere in the golf cart which saved us money in parking fees. I will definitely stay here when I go back to Carolina Beach. Thanks for the amazing hospitality!!

We had an amazing stay for the month of March. The location was great and walkable to everything in town. The place looked just like the photos and the hosts were amazing. Wed definitely come back!
