We had an absolutely phenomenal stay at this Airbnb in Santiago! The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive. The space was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay—modern amenities, cozy bedding, and a fantastic location that made exploring the vibrant city a breeze. The neighborhood was lively yet safe, with local eateries and cultural gems just a short drive away. I loved the thoughtful touches, like fresh coffee and helpful tips about Santiago’s hidden spots. This was hands-down one of my best Airbnb experiences, and I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Dominican Republic!

My second time staying here. Just as good as the first time. Very clean and convenient. Love the pool and the use of the space.

Very comfortable and squeaky clean place, pool was small but cozy. Only trouble I experienced was getting in as the lock to get inside the house gave me a bit of trouble to operate, other than that I had a great time at Brendan’s place.

Anthony, Mariam, and their team are dedicated to making the stay at their Airbnb a great experience. They are all warm and welcoming, very quick to respond to any questions and always happy to go the extra mile to make their guests happy. The Serena Village security team is efficient and friendly, and I felt very safe on the beautiful property. There is a little convenience store just outside the rear entrance to Serena Village that you can easily walk to or order delivery from. The apartment is on the fourth floor, with an elevator and a lovely view of trees and a swimming pool. I loved opening up the windows and the sliding door to the charming balcony to get a wonderful breeze. The kitchen even had some spices to make cooking easier, along with some Dominican coffee! The wifi was great and I was able to work seamlessly and relax afterwards. I stayed for a month working remotely on a certification course and it was the ideal place to work and study!

This place is exactly as described: “Absolutely heavenly”. While the condo is just a bit off the beaten path - you can’t walk to any restaurants or stores - the setting and the views are absolutely breathtaking. The rooftop terrace can only be described as incredibly amazing. The condo is very well maintained, very close to the airport, close to all of the main beaches in Puerto Plata., and there are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes drive. However, my primary reason for sharing this review online is to share with any potential renters that there is a hidden gem located just a few minutes from this condo. That hidden gem is Playa Alicia. While there are many beautiful beaches in Puerto Plata, this one small beach is awesome. On a map you will note that it is just to the east of Sosua. It is a much smaller beach, very intimate, the water is crystal clear, and there are no rocks. As a traveler this is the kind of information I appreciate the most.

10 day stay with my Husband and kids couldn’t asked for a better place, located in a good area with a lot of nearby great locations from restaurants entertainment shopping etc… As far as the place very clean, great atmosphere. Felt like home. the host very attentive all I have to say is Thank you! Planing to come back this year and hoping is available to rent it again, Love the place!

Me and my kids had a good experience, Everything was clean I really recommend this Airbnb if you have a small family 2 small beds and 1 large one was able to function with 4 people and it was accompanied with air conditioning in every room. 5 star very good and recommended for anyone.

Lovely stay at Suzanne's place in Santo Domingo. The house has a lot of character, and we loved using the small backyard pool to cool off during the hot afternoons. The lack of AC in the main areas was no problem as the apartment catches a nice breeze, and the AC in the bedrooms works well. Our son enjoyed sleeping on the loft bed in the living room. I will echo what others have said - the stairs situation is not to be underestimated. We were there with our four kids (9, 7, 3 and 2) and the two little ones were not allowed to go up or down the stairs unsupervised. They are very steep and uneven, as well as lack proper railings - so even for adults, just make sure you pay attention to this and if you have mobility problems, maybe not the right place. For us, we loved it! Great communication from the hosts and super friendly. Walkable to many restaurants and the downtown. Highly recommend this place!

Everything was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this home. The host went above and beyond our expectations. The welcome basket along with drinks and all the needed staples were wonderful after a long day of travel with no time for groceries. The home was perfectly located within 2 minute golf card ride to the beach club, 10 minutes to the marina and in close proximity to world class golf and horse back riding. The staff was spectacular. Dominga and Fannie were wonderful and made the best breakfast and kept the house immaculate. Julio the groundskeeper did a great job. The rooms and bathrooms were huge and the beds and pillows very comfortable. Beautiful balcony and pools, well equipped kitchen. We were spoiled and it will be hard to stay anywhere else.

Loved our stay! My wife thought the place was like a millionaire mansion. I recommend staying here over a resort. The place was great the neighborhood was great, security, very safe for American travelers.

Great place to stay. Very beautiful

We LOVED our stay at this beachfront condo. It was the best of both worlds - resort amenities, with the privacy of your own villa on the water with your very own plunge pool. Can't get much better than that! We never used the main pool so we avoided the crowds. The beach was literally 15 steps away. We hopped from the beach to our private pool all day. There's an outdoor shower right next to the condo to easily wash off before getting into the pool as to not get sand in it - very convenient! The condo itself was perfect for our needs and just as described on the listing. Tatianna was easy to communicate with, very friendly, and quick to respond. Instructions for the condo were easily laid out. We would love to visit and stay at this beachfront condo again!
