There is a comfortable living area with 42” sky tv, spacious kitchen with dining table and all appliances, downstairs bathroom with Bath & Shower over, new timber staircase leading to double bedroom with free view tv and walk-in wardrobe. The bedroom has two velux windows overlooking the beautiful countryside. Outside is a private courtyard/garden area with hot tub Breakfast hamper upon request

Mulberry Cottage is our lovely home from home, located in the heart of Malmesbury only a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and bars. With a private parking space, modern fitted kitchen and cosy log burner it's the perfect place to relax. With free WiFi, Smart TV, Bose Bluetooth speaker, Roberts DAB radio, two bedrooms with king sized beds, quality bed linen and two bathrooms. The Potting Shed is a historic and pretty building, that has been recently converted providing comfortable, rustic accommodation in its own, completely private 3000sqm garden. Fruit and vegetables still grow in the garden here. Accessed via a tree lined pathway and sitting within the Garden Retreat, the potting shed is ideal for a romantic getaway or relaxing escape from reality. There is a fire pit/grill with logs available. The perfect base to enjoy Snowdrops at Welford Park.

Our guest cottage is neatly tucked away in a quiet, secluded part of the historic village of Langford, well known for its medieval Church and highly popular Public House, The Bell Inn. Situated near Lechlade upon Thames, Burford, Bibury, The Cotswold Wildlife Park and many more popular Cotswold attractions, the cottage is in an ideal base location to discover. It is also centrally situated near three beautiful wedding venues; Oxleaze Barn, Friars Court and Caswell House.

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.
