Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Ein traumhafter Blick auf den Watzmann und Hochkalter lassen sie von Beginn an die Zeit vergessen. Die kuschelige Dachgeschosswohnung mit einem Südbalkon wurde liebevoll eingerichtet. The apartment is located in the Maria Alm district of Hintermoos, 100 meters to the next ski run - a direct entry into the holiday region Hochkönig (120 kilometers of slopes). In summer, hiking and biking trails start right outside the door.
