Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Privathaus mit zwei Wohneinheiten. Sie bewohnen das gesamte erste Stockwerk, ihr Vermieter wohnt im Zweiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Das Holzhaus wurde aus dem Holz des eigenen Waldes nachhaltig und mit Liebe gefertigt und erhielt einen Holzbaupreis.
