Welcome to our new architecturally designed, family home. Built to capture all day sun and ocean views. We love travelling and staying in Airbnbs so have decided to open our house for others to enjoy a beach holiday when we are away. The house is perfect for 2 families, and can sleep 8 people comfortably with 4 large bedrooms, each with either king, queen or double beds. An additional 2 people can be accommodated on mattresses. The golf putting green, trampoline and netball hoop will be a hit.

The bach has not been fully modernised but is clean and tidy and has all of the things you need for a relaxing stay.

King size bed, luxury bathroom, lounge space and a kitchenette, with a Bbq outside. You will have privacy with your own entrance, spectacular views out the large windows, and the ability to come and go at your leisure. All linen and towels provided. Along with tea and coffee. Great cafe around the corner, with small dairy/shop up the rd. Portacot available on request.

It's well-equipped with all you need for a fantastic holiday, and there's a playground over the road which also has a half basketball court - perfect for shooting hoops. There's plenty of room for larger groups and it's cosy enough for smaller groups too. Hokio Beach is a really special place - quiet and laid back, perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Basic but fully kitted out (fridge, pots/pans/cutlery etc, heater, portable stove top, microwave etc). Shared washing up, shower, toilet, bbq, washing machine etc are in a separate building on the section (90 second walk).
