We had a great stay in Savannah! The home was cozy, clean, and in a great location. One of the highlights was definitely the backyard—it was spacious, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.

Tanya went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! From the heated pool to the delivered pies, we really felt like VIP guests. She checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed which was nice. Our family loves to cook, so it’s always a relief when the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need-and beyond! The neighborhood is very beautiful and peaceful-renting bikes is a must! We loved venturing to the beach when we had warmer days. We had two families and there was plenty of space for everyone! The space is super cozy and a perfect place to get that much needed family time! All of my kids absolutely loved it (17, 14, 11, and 2). Oh and if you enjoy sushi, Fujiyama is an absolute must!

The house was spotless, and your thoughtful touches made us feel right at home(especially the make up towels in the bathroom). We appreciated your quick responses and helpful recommendations prior to our trip. Before we arrived I was sent a text making sure our arrival was fine and then the following day I received another text asking about our stay thus far. It was comforting to know if we had an issues it would answered in a quick manner. On the last day after leaving I realized I left my necklace, I emailed the concierge who reached out to the cleaners and they returned my jewelry. I couldn’t ask for a better host, in the future I will Continue to look for homes by Heirloom Stay.

Our family travels frequently and to diverse locations. Every once in a while, we are lucky enough to stay in a vacation home that raises the bar for the rest of them. This is one of those. This home is beautiful, and the pictures don't do the serene view justice. The master bedroom, with deck access, lets the view spill in and is the definition of comfort. The light-filled living area glows with cheerful color and is furnished with a timeless elegance that makes the most of the huge windows. The kitchen is well-stocked with good appliances and cookware. Don't worry about bike rental here - the garage is stocked with a multitude of them, all in good shape. The neighborhood is surely the most quiet in Hilton Head. The host is gracious, welcoming, and responsive. If you're hovering over the "book" button, go ahead and click. Once you arrive, you'll congratulate yourself for finding the perfect vacation rental.

We were very pleased with Andrew’s villa. It was very easy to find, yet just far enough out of the way to be secluded. The villa itself was spacious and inviting, and is located on the waterfront of a quiet sound that was home to many seabirds and fish. The Salty Dog Cafe is very close by and handy general store for anything you might need. The walk to the beach is much shorter than it seems on the map and everything is within walking distance. We had a wonderful time and are already talking about a return visit to this same villa with family and friends. It was the perfect getaway we needed and we definitely made the right choice.

Great location!! The nature preserve was a treasure and it was wonderful to step right out of the house on to the walking/bike trails. The house was well equipped, quiet and tucked into a nice, safe-feeling neighborhood.

Carlos and Marci's place was amazing! It was the perfect size, with comfortable beds and areas to relax... we had a wonderful stay! The backyard area was lovely with so much room to wander around in. We weren't able to use the pool as we were in town for our daughter's wedding at Oatland Island Wildlife Center and we didn't have a minute to spare! We hope to come back at some point...and spend some time relaxing! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location and view were perfect. The unit was very clean and very well stocked. Would definitely recommend this!

The place is amazing. The beach area was quiet and relaxing and family friendly. My husband and I were able to relax under the shade of a tree, and enjoy the view and water sound. We really enjoyed our stayed . The location is very peaceful. And a short drive to local restaurants.

Matthew's apartment was very nice and clean. It was an excellent location for us to easily visit our relatives and find good, close restaurants. I really enjoyed the balcony in the afternoon.

Very kind host family. They even let my kiddos borrow some extra games for our stay. Quite neighborhood. Love the Bluffton area.

Peaceful. Worth what I paid.

We decided to check out Tybee Island on our drive back to Maryland from Florida this year. It was a perfect weekend respite to break up the long drive. The cottage is just as pictured -cozy, rustic and delightfully charming. I loved all of the whimsical touches throughout (particularly the champagne bell!) The king bed and living area chairs were very comfortable but the best spot was out on the screened dock porch-lounging on the swinging bed-cool in the shade and by the constant breezes. While the tide swings didn't cooperate for use of the kayaks, we did enjoy biking all over the island and the use of the golf cart to explore. The outdoor shower was also a big win! I highly recommend this spot for some R&R!

The space is beautiful with ample space and abundant natural lighting. The views overlooking the marsh are a wonderful backdrop to your getaway. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchenware, cleaning products, and other items. Paper products and linens are there when you arrive making your stay a turn key experience. The owners are responsive when messaging; and it’s evident they’ve put thought into curating an environment that is relaxing and inviting.

All i can say is if you are viewing this listing, BOOK IT!!!. The pictures are great and even better in person. It takes you back to nature. The place is clean, well kept, and the perfect getaway from the city. I did not want to leave. I will be booking again.
