It's a perfect place for a peaceful escape or chance to experience the wide variety of seasonal New England activities from swimming and leaf peeping to ice fishing. The Little Lake house is a short drive to Canobie Lake Park and Manchester Airport, and about an hour to Boston, the NH Seacoast, NH Lakes Region and the White mountains.

Welcome to our off-the-grid cabin, sleeping 2-4 people with an upstairs loft & downstairs custom Murphy bed. It's equipped with lights, mini-fridge, Bluetooth speakers & an indoor/outdoor bar. Outside you'll find a private fire pit & charcoal grill, a shared outdoor kitchen pavilion w/ gas grill (stocked with cooking supplies) & the outdoor bathroom w/ a real flushing toilet, sink and outdoor shower. Stay cozy indoors by the wood stove or explore acres of conservation land abutting the property. All you need for quiet getaway or ski vacation. Sleeps 6 in winter months; extra bed on sleeping porch overlooking river in warmer months. Master bath has deep soaking jacuzzi tub. Skiing 20 minutes away at Pat's Peak & Crotched Mt. Trails nearby for hiking, snowshoeing & x-country.

Cozy studio located on 90 acres of private property that includes conservation woodland and fields, perfect for a challenging hike and wildlife viewing. Apartment has 1 queen bed with roll out cot and a full bathroom with shower and selection of towels. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, microwave, and the washer and dryer downstairs mean less packing. When not out and about exploring the countryside there is WiFi and a smart TV to keep you entertained.
