A beautiful view of the lake any time of the day. The back deck is amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The house had a great layout, and we loved the large kitchen, comfy furniture, and having onsite laundry.

This was our second time to stay at Brazos River Lodge. The house and grounds are perfect for our family’s Christmas/New Year celebration. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and smoker, daily walks to the river and the abundance of wildlife. The ground managers, Susan and Greg could not have been nicer nor more welcoming. They added to our experience. Very likely we will come again!

It was so nice and beautiful I had an amazing 21st birthday there. It was so peaceful and quiet the only problem is that the neighbors dog did come over and play and he was nice to everyone but he did try and attack my little puppy. Beside that I had a fantastic time

James provided a great place for our adventure weekend. The place was way better than expected. I would stay again.

Tina is a very friendly host, the place is quiet with beautiful surroundings, a great experience and unforgettable memories with the family, just 10 minutes from the supermarket and downtown, we will definitely be back soon! 🥰

This house will definitely be staying in my favorites! We had a blast and the house was perfect. Super clean stay, safe area and right on the water. 10/10.

The property was beautiful! Plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was a little sparce with necessities, had to frequently wash silverware. Appreciated the well stocked coffee bar area! The one room was advertised as a queen bed and was actually a full size bed, which wasn't ideal for our multiple couple family, but didn't damper our stay too much. The walk down to the lake is definitely a trek and not advised for those who aren't very able. Our kids love fishing off the dock and the teeter totter! Very peaceful and relaxing! My messages were always timely addressed and staff was pleasant to deal with! Wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Beautiful house with plenty of space. Walking distance to the square. James is a great host!!!
