The property, with a jacuzzi & pool, has wrap porches nestled in the forest. A public boat ramp is 1 mile from our private dock. Bring your boat or use our kayaks and enjoy the river with family, friends, and your dogs. Plan sunrise coffee on our expansive porch swing or a stunning sunset with a glass of wine by the fire pit! Looking to explore Coastal Georgia? Need a quiet place to unplug, relax, and recharge? This rustic cabin offers luxury and amenities and is perfect for a romantic getaway or weekend adventure. It is located on 9 scenic acres that offers trees with hooting owls nestled in them, a tall bluff that meanders down to a long boardwalk that takes you through a cypress forest that ends at the Satilla River. At the river you can relax, watch nature or read a book. We are a quick drive to great fishing.

House is close to the Florida and Georgia just minutes from Jacksonville, Hilliard, Folkston, Brunswick, Jekyll Island, St Simons Island, St Marys, and Cumberland Island. The river runs between Florida and Georgia just a swim or paddle boat away. Boat ramps are in the area like Temple Landing and Kings Ferry just minutes away. Warp around porch over looking the River. Downstairs entertainment area offers shade.

In a small town in the south, where the Okefenokee Swamp runs deep and railfans thrive, the Conductor’s Corner stands out. The 2 BR, 1 BA home is located adjacent to the train tracks and neighbors the Folkston Railfan Train Platform. The open floor plan in the living and kitchen areas welcome guests with all the comforts of home. The master bedroom is equipped with a luxurious king sized bed and the secondary bedroom has 2 full beds - adjoined by a jack & jill bathroom with a double vanity.

A short drive to many attractions such as beaches, historic cities, and state parks. *MUST sign a waiver for boat use/swimming*

There’s a wood burning fire pit as well. Theres a community park directly across the street with walking paths and a skate park for the kids. Plenty of local shopping and restaurants near by. Very close to I95. A short drive to beaches. Fernandina beach is 30 mins.

The backyard is fenced to provide privacy. The pool has night time lighting if you want to enjoy a night swim. If you enjoy bird watching you will love watching the birds out the window in the living room. The hummingbirds love to visit.
