This is an excellent property close to Zion National Park. We would certainly stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was in a great location—quiet and peaceful, just what we needed. It looked just like the photos and had a warm, inviting feel. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kids especially loved the pool and hot tub, which were definite highlights of the trip. Would definitely stay again!

Super great home to stay in. Very well stocked with everything you need for a wonderful stay. The beds were very comfortable, the house was immaculate, and everyone in our party loved that we could easily spend time together in the main areas of the home but that there was also individual space. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place! Close to Zion. Lots of great restaurants close by with groceries available nearby. The kitchen was so well appointed—everything you’d need. The house was spotless. Beds super comfortable. Clearly labeled instructions. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Loved loved loved. Perfect space for our needs (3ppl but could easily fit 6), enjoyed the open concept. The views were great, the cabin was set back and private from the other cabins on the property. Loved the fire pit and roof top deck, the hot tub worked flawlessly and was great sitting in under the stars at night. The kitchen was very well appointed which is very important to me because I love to cook! Only had a couple very minor issues, the hot water was WAY too hot and could pose a scald risk so use caution especially if you have kids. We advised the host of this. The fridge door was a bit misaligned causing the fridge to not keep temp. Had to shim it with a bit of cardboard and it worked fine. We advised the host and this should be an easy fix for the next guests. Lastly there was a water leak in the sprinkler system, creating some muddy conditions outside, helped the host shut off the valves. Again should be an easy fix for the next guests. 10/10 would definitely stay again!!!

Our big family had a blast together in Hurricane! We swam, hiked locally, played games together in the family room and loved having so much to do right in the backyard for everyone. From 3yrs to 60!

This home was just like the pictures! We had a large group and there was plenty of space to spread out and rooms/restrooms for everyone’s needs. We loved spending time outside in the large pool that had a large shallow end for the small children and a slide for the teenagers to enjoy. The outside seating, built in bbq and pickle ball court was perfect for the adults. The lighting outside plus the Bluetooth sound system was great too! We all can’t wait to stay here again!

Amazing stay in Kanab.. the house is perfectly appointed, more than anyone would expect…. Very clean home, hot tub was wonderful after a long day of hiking in the national parks. Fire pit was also a lovely bonus.. this is the place to stay in Kanab!

I’m not sure if I have ever had a better Airbnb experience. There were so many parts of our stay that were exceptional. Hank was immediately welcoming and hosted us as if we were longtime friends. He took the time to give detailed recommendations and assisted us with questions with such care and attention. It is clear True North was created with passion and purpose. Its setting within Zion is unmatched. There were beautiful hikes and vistas right outside our door. We had a wonderful time exploring Zion and are so grateful we were able to stay here!

Great location and place to stay! Cassandra was a great host, very responsive and friendly. Additionally, it’s a fantastic place to stay with a lot of areas to hang out in: pool, living room, and upstairs. Our group had a great time!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. The views of the gorgeous surroundings and the pond are so relaxing. The home is well taken care of and had everything we needed, you can tell the host cares about your comfort. Beth was very quick to respond, and left very detailed instructions which is always appreciated. Thanks for a lovely stay!

This is the second year our family has stayed at this location, and we love it! It is convenient to lots of activities in the area, and the pool and the hot tub nearby are great to visit at the end of the day. This place has plenty of room for a family to relax, hang out, and sleep comfortably.

This was the perfect place for my mom and I to stay on our road trip! The pool and hot tub were the best part! The room was clean and very well kept. There were fun snacks and spa amenities for purchase. If we are ever in St. George again we would definitely want to stay here again!!!

The space was perfect for our stay- lots of room to spread out. We enjoyed eating on the outside table to take in the views. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-appointed - even though we didn't cook any meals! Only small issue we had was the guest room shower - difficult to get the shower turned on! Our kids enjoyed the pools although the big pool was closed when we were there which made the other pools a bit crowded. All in all, a good stay, felt like we were "at home"!

We had a wonderful stay at Gary's condo. The unit was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the patio. Gary is an excellent host and was super responsive when we asked him a question. We would definitely stay here again.

Words cannot describe the experience of staying at this AirBNB. I am confident that there is nowhere like it anywhere else in the world! Our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) stayed here as our base for exploring Zion National Park and the surrounding area. While it a 45-60 minute drive to the park (depending on your route), the experience of staying at 40 Zion is absolutely worth the extra driving, as I am confident that there is nothing in Springdale quite like it. The house was clean, the hosts were incredibly responsive, and the setting was absolutely breath-taking. Half the fun was the harrowing drive up and down the mountain which, as described, does indeed require a 4x4 vehicle. In addition to visiting Zion, we took a hot air balloon ride in St. George (highly recommend Zion Balloons) and a sunset horseback ride in Hildale (highly recommend Blue Sage adventures). There was a grocery store nearby and many small local restaurants. Thank you for a magical stay. We loved it!

Came with family and had the best stay. Was close enough to Zion and Bryce Canyon. Secluded and had great views. Would definitely love to come back again.

This house is more beautiful in person and perfect for large groups! Plenty of space, gorgeous views, private, and peaceful. We will def be booking again in the future. The hosts were also prompt, informative, and friendly.

Emily’s A-frame was the cutest little cottage (exactly like the photos) Private and convenient location with an epic view. Just 15-20 mins from the east entrance of Mt. Zion. Emily was an amazing hosts with very quick responses and lots of recommendations for the area. We ventured out to Page, Bryce, Zion and Monroe (hot springs) everything was fairly easy to navigate to and from the house. Hot tub was a bonus after a long day of hikes and exploring (Just wish they provided us with some extra towels)

Laura has great hospitality! She provided everything we needed. Stocked kitchen with food items, we got to make pancakes and eggs in the morning. Lauren’s let us wash a load which was very helpful. At first I didn’t want to meet the neighbor Michael because I wanted some privacy but once I ran in to him outside he was very nice. He is a sweet knowledgeable old man who loves to talk lol. But he was very welcoming! Laura even offered us taco salad dinner that she had made but we didn’t get to attend. But very sweet of her.

One of our favorite stays so far! Beautiful view from the porch and hot tub! The A-frame was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We especially appreciated the ease of check out and the communication from the host! Would highly recommend!

We had an increadilbe time. DeAnn was a superhost. She recommended walks and the directions were clear. The house was so cozy and comfortable. She had everything in the cupboards for making dinners or breakfast. DeAnn has put me in trust with Airbnb in America. In Australia i have stopped using Airbnb because the hosts dont do anything for you. They dont even leave tea or coffee - JUST Nothing (as bare as they can). Not even flexible and many places are not clean. But in America and Europe they treat you better than Hotels. I highly recommend DeAnn's place for a beautiful relaxing country escape. If your a Hiker this is the ultimate place.
