Lovely little bungalow with friendly responsive host. Restaurants and day trip activities within 5 minutes walk and access to the main beach. It is worth hiring a bicycle to access more beaches or diving spot.

The compound is quite OK, but the area is a bit shabby and it’s more then 5 min walk to the beach. Overall it was quite good. We had a good night sleep and we enjoyed the pool a lot. The kitchen is well equipped so we could cook for ourselves. Steve was always nice and forthcomming.

I chose Nancy's property in Cocotal for Holy Week, dates when I prefer to spend in a peaceful, calm, and family-friendly environment, and according to her description, this would be the perfect place. Nancy describes her place in detail, and what she mentions is exactly what you'll get. It’s a safe place where peace can be felt, very comfortable and well equipped. I had never rented such a clean and sparkling space as this house; I highly recommend it, and of course, I would definitely come back.

This home was just like the pictures. Comfortable, beautiful and had everything you could need away from home. The extra games and pool toys were a huge bonus due to traveling with my 1 and 4 yr old. There were enough towels and linens. The washer and dryer made coming home with clean clothes a plus! The pool and amenities were great. This is a perfect home for a family! One con was trying to locate the home. The streets do not have names and even security was a little stumped on how to locate the exact unit. Getting to the location was a breeze, but finding the correct unit once there was a bit tricky. However, the host was responsive, and guided us to the home. There were small mini markets close by but we went to La Romana ( a city about 30 minutes away) to go to Jumbo ( similar to a small Walmart) to get our food and essentials since we were visiting family there anyway. Overall great stay and we will be back!! You will need a car to get around but beaches and activities are close!

We had the nicest stay! The ladies- Gladys and Sonia made us feel right at home. Marie was super helpful with planning logistics for our arrival and so responsive during the trip with any questions. The house was clean and cozy, and tastefully decorated. We travelled with three kids and found the cooking and amenities to be so kid friendly! Would recommend and stay again! Thank you!!!!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Punta Cana! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I especially loved the relaxing vibe of the place—it was the perfect escape. Whether I was lounging by the pool, enjoying the nearby beach, or exploring local spots, everything was super convenient. The place was very convenient and clean. Very close to cap cana and downtown Punta Cana. The communication is absolutely amazing. They are very welcoming and nice. Just felt a little uncomfortable due to the glass doors not locking, very unsafe if you are traveling with toddlers. They do have curtains you can pull down and lock but toddlers are daring, that was my only concern.

Beach Front apartment. You can't beat the location if you spend most of your time on the beach. There are 3 AC units, pretty cold and quiet. Hot/cold drinking water are provided! Kitchen, Stencil, glasses and cookware are ready for use. We were able to cook hot meals and enjoy local products! We found an espresso coffee maker for our favorite Starbucks coffee! Allowed us to check in 2 hours early. Very attentive host: answered all of our questions. Beds are comfortable with plenty pillows. Beach towels are included. Washer/Dryer are plus. We used them every day. Living room is spacious with pretty comfortable sofa. Smart TV /w Netflix, Amazon Prime, ready for you to watch in rainy days. Place is safe /w security front, back. Some minor, not a big deal: quite a walk from entrance to the apart. There was some muddy water path you can't go around. Some doors are difficult open/close. You have to lift them up or push in hard. We definitely will rent again.

Anthony, Mariam, and their team are dedicated to making the stay at their Airbnb a great experience. They are all warm and welcoming, very quick to respond to any questions and always happy to go the extra mile to make their guests happy. The Serena Village security team is efficient and friendly, and I felt very safe on the beautiful property. There is a little convenience store just outside the rear entrance to Serena Village that you can easily walk to or order delivery from. The apartment is on the fourth floor, with an elevator and a lovely view of trees and a swimming pool. I loved opening up the windows and the sliding door to the charming balcony to get a wonderful breeze. The kitchen even had some spices to make cooking easier, along with some Dominican coffee! The wifi was great and I was able to work seamlessly and relax afterwards. I stayed for a month working remotely on a certification course and it was the ideal place to work and study!

I’ve booked two future stays at your apartment for July/August as well as December/January! Our experience here can only be described as a home from home. Of course, my review has to be honest. We struggled to access the apartment due to the smart lock, however our cry for help was answered immediately. Would be good to provide instructions on how to use the lock for future guests. The coffee machine had a missing part, I couldn’t believe how quickly a new one was hand delivered (within in an hour)!! To sum things up, the positives far outweighed the negatives! Thank you so much for making our visit a memorable one! Love you guys! X

We had a wonderful stay at Leah’s place. The condo was beautiful - very clean and well kept. Having the housekeeper every other day was such a nice perk! The location in the complex as well as the view was incredible. Leah was quick and responsive and helped us immediately with any issues that came up. Tara’s place was just what we were looking for. It was clean, beach accessible with beautiful surroundings. Virgilio was our support person and he was exceptional, always available and very friendly. We found the facility to be a great value.
