Welcome to Littleton! Our beautiful neighborhood is friendly and quiet with easy access to amenities and highways. Enjoy the comforts of home without missing any of the excitement of Denver and the Rocky Mountains. We recently renovated our guest suite and hope that you love it as much as we do. The suite is essentially an apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette, dining, laundry, & spacious living space. It's perfect for families, groups, or couples to enjoy a Rocky Mountain getaway.

Experience a luxurious and fully restored 1890s barn on the first homestead property in the heart of downtown Castle Rock. High-end finishes throughout ensure your complete comfort and relaxation. Coffee, antiques, restaurants, shopping, and Festival Park are only a two minute walk from your front door. Enjoy a taste of simple, country living as you walk past our garden, chickens, and wild rabbits. The large, 1/2 acre property is charming, spacious, and the perfect backdrop for your stay.

Soak up in the hot-tub, sit by the firepit, and enjoy a nice night of slumber in our SOLAR powered home with car charging. Stay at the lower level of our renovated house. It has 3 BR and 2 BA(1King, 2Queens). You can see some mountains from the hot tub during winter. We have fast internet, a kitchenette, washer-dryer. ~30 minutes away from the Lookout mountains and the Red Rocks. Parking is available in the driveway/street. We live in the upper half. No need to take out trash at check out.

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.
