Julie was a great host and very communicative. The house was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. We loved the views and the layout of the house - it is perfect for a weekend getaway in the mountains.

A phenomenal stay! The place was SO clean and way more beautiful than pictured. Beds were comfortable, soaps/shampoos and towels were SUPER PLENTIFUL. Mike and Trish's hospitality was the best we've ever experienced at ANY AirBnB. Mike even spent a long time helping us install our bike rack in the dark because we were really struggling! They delivered a crock pot and tweezers (a child got a splinter) within minutes of us asking. Talk about customer service! We LOVED feeding their horses and our kids had the BEST time playing with their puppy. This was definitely the low key retreat we needed to get away from the hectic hustle and bustle of DC. Their location was wonderful for a 20 mile RT bike ride and hikes in numerous parks. We will definitely return again, it was a perfect weekend!

This place is amazing in person and me and my wife hated to leave it is immaculate the owners have thought of every little detail to make your stay perfect had firewood ready and when removed the cover on fire pit it already had kindling and a fire starter ready to go a snores kit was provided it was just some small details luxurious bedding and towels just an overall great experience and we hope to return again soon!

Olivia was very helpful for us both before and during our stay. Her host guidebook had lots of excellent suggestions for the local area and we found the home to very comfortable for our stay. We enjoyed a nice bike ride on the Greenbrier trail which is conveniently located to the house and also took in several of the local hikes. The backyard and back porch were enjoyed along with a nice fire.

Very clean and affordable. The hot tub was sooooooo nice. I can't recommend it enough.

We had a lovely stay in Wintergreen. The deck and view were incredible, and the beds were SO comfortable. Stay Bubo was super communicative before the trip, and answered all of our questions. We also had some questions during our stay, and always got quick responses. We walked straight from the house to a trail and hopped on the AT. Super easy check in and check out. We'd definitely stay with Stay Bubo again!

Our time at Rhonda's Retreat felt like dropping in for a stay at a relative's property. So thankful for such wonderful hosts! This is what Airbnb is all about. Great neighborhood, and the best little coffee house (which also features ebike rentals) is one block to the west. I simply cannot say thank you enough for opening up your home to us 🙏 😃 ❤️

Had a fantastic time at The Manse with a group of friends. This location is perfect! Within 10 minutes of everything we wanted to do. The house is so cute and thoughtfully put together. Bedrooms were large and the living room was a perfect cozy spot for playing games late into the night. Leigh was always quick to respond. I can't wait to come back.... and bring the dogs next time!!

Staunton is a beautiful little town, very pedestrian with nice cafes and restaurants. Staying at this wonderful 'hideaway' flat was the perfect base from which to explore Staunton. Inside the flat we loved the dart board and sauna, very unique! Decoration was top notch and the bed was a great night's sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

Desire and Scottys place was even cuter than the pictures. it had everything we needed and things we didn't realize that made our stay a home away from home. It was a peaceful place to relax in after a day of hiking and wineries in the area. It was also nice to be able to walk to dinner and explore town. Will definitely come back when we are in the area again.

This is a wonderful Airbnb, really thoughtful, creative set up. Very convenient to both Natural Bridge and Shenandoah , and easily walkable into a charming center town. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would book again.

Perfect location just steps from magical downtown Staunton and the Blackfriars Thester in a very livable, restored and private historic home with a private rooftop deck, full kitchen, lovely views, private entrance, easy parking, charming ambience, and every convenience! One of the favorite Airbnbs we’ve stayed at, with a fabulous hostess who had helpful recs to meet every need. We will be back!

Wonderful stay ! This condo is so adorable ! As everyone says , the views are better than the pictures ! I love the way the condo is set up . It’s updated and cozy and you can tell they put a lot into the look of the place. The outdoor space was so enjoyable . Thank you for a wonderful time !

Shea was fantastic with communication. The apartment is extremely charming and in a terrific location on the edge of downtown. We forgot to pack a toiletry, and Shea brought a replacement to our door immediately. The price was higher than we usually pay for an Airbnb, but overall we were so pleased we thought it was money well spent. We loved how responsive and proactive Shea was from start to finish, and would gladly book with her again the next time we're in the area.

We stopped in Staunton while driving home for the holidays with our pups. Christi was very responsive, and all her messages were clear and helpful. This was the perfect place for us at our "halfway" point on the road trip. We could let the pups do their business in the backyard (of course, we cleaned up after them as all pet owners should). And the house felt cozy and warm. The king-size bed was super comfortable, and we had plenty of blankets and everything we needed for a quick night's stay. The town of Staunton has lots of history and good places to eat, so we were happy even just driving around checking things out. Christi and her family live in the house above. We could all hear one another a bit between the wood floors. But we didn't mind at all. It was silent once it was time for bed, and we felt very at home. We'll plan to stay here again on our next road trip back to NY.

It was a comfortable place. Nice touch having 2 small water bottles and tea. Liked that it was close to my girlfriend and Gypsy Hill Park and other Staunton places I/we went to during the weekend.

Had a great stay for a few nights in this condo. Comfortable and clean as a lovely escape while we enjoyed local hikes and breweries. Convenient to the wintergreen market which was helpful for what we may have forgotten or for anything else we wanted. Looooved having the wood burning fireplace too! We’d love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this Wintergreen condo. Location was great and we loved we could bring our dog. The place was very clean and had all necessities we needed. It was very cozy and we felt right at home. Kim was very responsive and friendly to deal with. All the instructions were clear and easy. We would definitely recommend and would come back!

Lisa's condo was fabulous! It was decorated beautifully and in a very peaceful location. It was great not having to walk up and down multiple flights of stairs. If you need anything, she is quick to answer. It was the cleanest dog friendly Airbnb that we have ever stayed in!! We have a hypoallergenic dog so I appreciated not being covered in dog hair. We will definitely be staying again in the future! Thank you, Lisa!

Mary’s place was exactly what we needed for our family with small children. The kids loved eating on the deck and being able to sleep in the same room but in their own bed. They had games available and everything was nice and clean. Mary was also quick to respond with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Second time here and we will be back. James and crew do a fantastic job with this perfect little retreat. See you next time.

A great place for a ski weekend with friends! Had all the amenities you would need for anything. Highly recommend this place! Quick 5-10 minute walk to the slopes.
