The area is perfect for walking, cycling and horse riding and is 4 miles from Avon Beach and mudeford quay.

'Enchanted' is a beautiful, secluded pine lodge with a large hot tub on the edge of The New Forest. A king size bed in the main bedroom sleeps 2, and a small sofa bed in the lounge sleeps 2 small children or one adult. The fully equipped kitchen sits between the bedroom and the low level cosy lounge which leads onto a large decked area with plenty of seating for those al fresco evenings. The Times "Best Beach in the South - 2025" is less than a mile away. It's dog friendly too.

The Barn is a delightful studio barn conversion, situated next to our family home in the beautiful village of Burley, New Forest. The Barn features an open plan living, kitchen and sleeping area with a log burning stove, with its own private entrance and small outside area with space for a BBQ.
