Excellent location, very clean, and easy right out front parking!! Will definitely stay again if we can get a reservation. With the location right across from UF, it’s probably super booked!

Private lockout apartment attached to larger home, surrounded by woods. You’d really not know you are connected to another home. Very clean and host was very responsive and offered advice and recommendations. Highly recommend.

At first it was rocky because I entered the apartment more than 30 minutes after the assigned check in time and found someone cleaning the home. I was not expecting to see someone inside the apartment. Aside from that check in was very smooth. The apartment was exactly as pictured. Only complaint I have is that the upstairs neighbor walks very loudly and woke me up a few times in the morning walking or vacuuming.

Great location in Haille Village near restaurants. Apartment was very clean and well stocked. Larina was very responsive and accommodating!

Mickie's place was very clean and smelled great. His place was the cleanest Airbnb I have been to. There were extra towels for the bathroom, which was nice and towels in the kitchen. The kitchen had what we needed. The washing machine and dryer were clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Very close to the track if you’re coming for BMX! We had a slight issue with some pricing but the host and Air B and B got it fixed. Clean and easy check in!

We had a great time at Hendrick's place. We like the place very much, it was clean and very comfortable. The location was great, was very close to the UF. Hendrick was a very good host and we'll stay there again in the future.

The Pink Palace was a GREAT home away from home! Comfy beds, ample space to relax; so very comfortable. The heat/air was fantastic — both were needed, it’s Florida! lol The home was close to everything; a quick drive to all things UF. Carolyn was very responsive to questions. A+ host!!

The place was just as described. Gorgeous private home, lots of amenities very clean, and welcoming. The community was so quiet with everything you need at a close by distance. I often come to Gainesville for work, I will definitely stay in one of Nicholas's rentals. Thanks for having us Nicholas!!

Beautifully kept vintage cottage with original wooden floors from the 1940’s very comfortable and warm atmosphere Located close to downtown and campus I also enjoyed having my dog with me and we walked the neighborhood every day. Ananda is very friendly and responsive to all communications.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jeremy's house. Not only did everything we expected to find work, there were more bits and pieces than we had expected. The pool and games room were easy to get into and there were special towels set out for pool use, and pool cues for the games room. The estate is well kept and we had one day of grass cutting, leaf blowing and routine maintenance while we were there. We didn't hire a car, but Uber found us every time we sent for one. Altogether very good.

The place was beautiful and clean! They had extra towels and linens, and lots of utensils and cooking ware! Mustafa was friendly and responsive!

This was a nice little spot! The laminate wood flooring throughout gave the unit a really nice feel, and everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having easily accessible charging plugs right next to the bed – so convenient! The water pressure in the shower was also great. Beyond the practicalities, the inside was quite stylish. It offered a comfortable amount of space for one person or a couple. The location was great for my needs, offering easy access to Gainesville while being just on the outskirts of the University of Florida. I'd definitely recommend this Airbnb!

My family and I came from Vancouver, Canada to take part in the World Masters Athletics Competition in Gainesville. Absolutely perfect stay for a family of 4: individual bedrooms each with their own washroom, plus a common area we could all eat and hang out in. The hosts were extremely responsive and very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place for families and/or groups. Thank you again

We were extremely happy with this great Airbnb. The place was spotless and very cosy. Having a balcony was a great touch - lovely for a morning coffee. The listing was exactly as is, kitchen had everything we needed and more. Great utensils, nice coffee, filter water etc. Milenni was a great responsive host, even allowing for a slightly later checkout. Literally couldn’t have asked for a better stay for a short weekend, we would definitely rebook if back in the area!
