Myrtle cottage is a modern, dedicated living space annexed to our 17th century thatched cottage. Pitney itself is a delightful small village situated above The Levels. There is a traditional pub serving real ales, local ciders and great home cooked food and the superb Pitney Farm shop offering organic meat and veg from the mixed farm & market garden. The area offers lovely walks directly from our garden up into the hills at High Ham or down on to The Levels and the river Carey.

The accommodation offers modern facilities in a private space within the plot of the host family’s home. It’s set on a lane that’s popular with local dog walkers and joggers, and the Polden Way footpath is just up the hill. The Ham Wall National Nature Reserve and the historic centres of Glastonbury, Wells and Somerton are a short drive away.
