The place was great for touring Vienna. Close to public transit, good wifi, and an excellent view. Would stay again!

super Unterkunft in toller Lage. megafreundliche Gastgeberin. alles tip-top und so wie beschrieben. Traumhaft. Haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Susanne war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist schön und geräumig, mit großem, hellen Badezimmer und einer super Küche. Die Lage ist ideal für die Anreise mit dem Auto von Westen. Öffentliche Parkplätze gibt es an der Straße und Parktickets an der Rezeption. Die U3 Station Ottakring in Richtung Innenstadt ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Flexibilität bei Checkin und Checkout war sehr entgegenkommend, danke! An der Baustelle gegenüber wird am Wochenende nicht gearbeitet. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Fantastic apartment in an excellent location! The flat is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it a perfect place to stay in Vienna. The location is incredible—just a short walk to the Opera and many major attractions. The neighborhood is lively yet quiet at night, with great restaurants and cafés nearby. The host was responsive and made check-in smooth. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement qui est très fonctionnel, très propre et très calme. Les transports en communs à proximité permettent de rejoindre le centre de Vienne très rapidement. Je recommande vivement cette location

Rosa is a good host. Provides all needed instructions and ready to answer your questions. The appartments are located in good place: near the Donau channel, the Prater park, 7 of walk till tramm station, 10 min walk till subway station, 45 min of walk from the center. There is a Billa shop quite close. There is a WiesenGreissler cafe in 5 mins. If you need to eat I recommend Zur Kernigen grill restaurant. If you want to visit sauna there is the Apostelbad in 15 minutes. If you want to visit harbor, museums, concerts I recommend to books tickets in advance.

Die Unterkunft war super, tolle Lage. Sehr Zentral, die Unterkunft ist nahe der U3 und dem Museumsviertel. Wir konnten sehr viel einfach zu Fuss erledigen. Um die Ecke ist ein Spar Gourmet, und auch ein Burger-Restaurant das wir super fanden (Die Burgermacher). Auch sonst hat es viele Restaurant in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft (wir hatten Franzl) war sauber, und sehr gut ausgestattet (zb. Küche). Das Apartment ist sehr schön, hohe Decken, schöne grosse Kronleuchter, alles tip top, wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Bin öfters in Wien zu besuch. Dieses Apartment gehört zu den top Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten für mich persönlich. Kommen sicher wieder. Auch das Check-In problemlos, Clemens hat uns alles erklärt und wir konnten sogar früher ins Apartment. Was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Es besteht die Möglichkeit auch die Koffer zu deponieren. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert. :-) Wichtig zu wissen: - hat keinen Lift (für uns kein Problem)

Рекомендую этот прекрасный дом, очень красивое, тихое место. С красивым садом и беседкой. В доме есть всё необходимое для чудесного отдыха. Попадая в дом вы чувствуете себя как дома и вам не нужно ни о чём беспокоиться . Хозяин Michael очень отзывчивый и приятный в общении человек. Благодарю Michael за наш чудесный отдых в вашем доме!

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen! Michael ist ein äußerst angenehmer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, bei dem man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. In den drei Tagen habe ich mich ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, und ein besonderes Highlight ist die sonnige Terrasse im Erdgeschoss – perfekt zum Entspannen. Auch die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist hervorragend: Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, und mit dem Zug kommt man in etwa 20-Minuten-Takt schnell nach Wien. Ich werde diese schöne Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und kann sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Catharina’s house is one of the most lovely places we’ve ever stayed! The moment we opened the door, we were amazed and felt right at home. It looked even better than the photos! The house is located in a private and quiet neighbourhood, with wonderful views of the mountains. A large supermarket is conveniently located less than minutes away by car. The kitchen had everything we needed, including some basics for cooking, which was very helpful. The smart lighting system took a bit of time to get used to, but all was fine. Catharina was very kind and responsive if there were any questions :) Hope to return one day to enjoy another stay here!

Une expérience 5 étoiles ! Tout était fluide, du check-in au check-out. Le logement était impeccable, calme et parfaitement entretenu. On s’y est sentis comme chez nous. Merci Jim pour ton hospitalité et aussi pour tes excellentes recommandations locales!

Wat een fantastisch verblijf in een prachtig huis zo comfortabel en smetteloos schoon het was een heerlijke basis om vanuit hier Wenen te bezoeken. U bahn op loopafstand , parkeergelegenheid direct op de oprit. Dikke aanrader. Erg vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Kom graag nog een keer terug.

Sehr schönes, gut gepflegtes Ferienhäuschen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We booked Theo's place because it looked spacious from the photos with two separate actual beds for us and our daughter which was difficult to find in the area of Vienna at our budget. The place did not disappoint. It is super spacious, with lots of kid's activities, trampoline, swing and toys that my daughter was super excited to enjoy. The place is fully equipped with all that you may need, has the best view and fresh air just a bit away from the city but if you rent a car it is just 20 minute drive to the closest P&R (Spittelau). On top of this it is close to many beautiful hiking trails one that starts straight from the house. The place is decorated nicely but not too much and there is still space were you can put your things. The only minor inconvenience is the attic ladder to go to the upper floor, but we got used it after a couple of days.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war fantastisch! Die Wohnung war super sauber, gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie haben uns wertvolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Die Lage ist ideal, ruhig und dennoch gut angebunden, sodass wir schnell ins Zentrum kommen konnten. Die Unterkunft hat wirklich alles, was man braucht – von einer gut ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu einem bequemen Bett. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Nous avons passé 4 nuits à 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants) dans l'appartement de Tatiana. L'appartement est vaste et propose tout le confort souhaité. Il y fait calme et est idéal pour une famille avec enfants. Sa localisation est très bonne pour se rendre dans le centre de Vienne à pied ou en tram. La communication avec Tatiana a été parfaite durant tout le séjour. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement ! Merci pour tout Tatiana !

Jedan od boljih smještaja koje smo imali prilike iznajmljivati uz umjeren budžet. Vrlo prostran stan, lako dostupan, u prizemlju i sa metro stanicom i javnom garazom nadohvat ruke. Jedino bih poželjno bilo imati jedan mali stol u kuhinji, i par tanjura više. Sve ostalo bilo je savršeno tako da je ocjena i dalje 10/10. Puno hvala domaćinu

The apartment was great; modern, stunning views (above the roofs of Vienna) and centrally located right outside the first district. Wilfried was super friendly and very responsive—when the apartment got a little cold we could call him and he instantly increased the temperature. It is definitely worth to rent again next time we’re back.

Andreas’s place was very convenient in terms of location as well public transportation.( line 2 and U6). The garage is a plus which is very appreciated. The house has everything from A to Z and you can’t complain. I would highly recommend the place :)

Lovely apartment, affordable and very aesthetic! A bit of a walk to the centre of town however very worth it as there are some lovely local bars and shops we wouldn't have discovered otherwise. Great host, and great house.

Die Wohnung ist für jegliche Ausflüge in und außerhalb Wiens perfekt gelegen aufgrund der direkten Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof. Das bedeutet auch, dass der Zuglärm zu hören ist. Die Ausstattung und Aufteilung der Wohnung ist gut. Schön ist auch, das es im Wohnkomplex einen kleinen Spielplatz und Fitnessraum gibt. Judit ist schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!
