Lovely house and neighborhood that was perfect for the children and I. We traveled for a family funeral and my siblings also came by to tell stories while sitting in the back garden. My siblings were also impressed with the house and surrounding area. The house was 15 minutes from Kansas City International, but you don't hear aircraft landing or taking off. We didn't have time to visit museums or other local sites.

We had fun, especially with the basement ! Lots to do for everyone there without having to leave !

We had a great time! Your home was a perfect fit to celebrate our son’s birthday, and accommodate our out of town friends! It was easy access to local grocery stores, outlets, and downtown Kansas City. Most importantly, we felt at home and comfortable! Absolute perfection. It had everything imaginable and was super-clean, comfortable and had such an intuitive kitchen which made it so easy for us to prepare our meals. Whether watching a sunset on the deck with a glass of wine or having breakfast watching the sunrise surrounded by horses, this was exactly what we were hoping for in our getaway. We also loved hanging downstairs in the open and airy mega game room to play some pool, ski ball or air hockey to name just a few! We did not have a single issue and host-Angela was proactive and very helpful. We felt relaxed and safe, and we are looking forward to returning to this country gem during summer so we can get into that fabulous pool!

Five stars all around. Darla's cottage is in a great location for visiting the college. It was very clean, had comfortable beds and in a quiet neighborhood. The shower water pressure and temperature were amazing. Easy parking in back right next to the steps up to the back door.

We had a great weekend at Chase Mansion with our group of four friends. There was plenty of space for us all - we didn't even need the extra beds on the third floor. The place is obviously older and has signs of its age throughout, but we found it quite charming. Take the stairs slowly - especially the ones outside leading to the street! The location was great also, we walked to almost every restaurant and bar we went to. We would happily stay here again - thank you Slawik!

Being from Kansas City and needing to venture northland for a funeral in the Tarkio/Westboro/Rockport area, our host took away any anxiety we had about the geographically unknown area. Our host made it so easy to find, the property was remodeled beautifully and the comforts and decor allowed us to take our concern away from where to stay and concentrate on why we were there, for our beautiful family friend that recently passed. Our hearts were heavy, but our surroundings felt like home with all the comforts of such. We slept so well, felt 100% safe, and all the furniture was clean, comfortable and very cozy. Thank you for everything and if we ever want/need to stay in the area, this will be our first choice!

Was the perfect size for the group of friends we had! Walking in I was immediately in awe with how clean this place was. We spent a lot of time in the basement playing pool and darts. It was such a fun addition to this place! Also loved that it had some pull-out couches in the basement. My group forgot to bring snacks, and thankfully she had a whole tray of an assortment of snacks sitting on the counter for us. Check in was quick and easy. Was a quick uber ride to everything downtown. Would highly recommend this place!

This was a great place to stay and so accurate to the description. We really enjoyed the space and the kitchen for family gathering to eat and play cards together which was absolutely perfect and accomplished our intentions. The hosts were super friendly and communicative.

Jantina was an amazing host! She let us check in a little earlier than the check in time. Also, she responded within minutes when I asked her a question through the app. The house was better than the pictures! Definitely would stay here again

Our stay at Bradley's house was amazing! There were four of us there for a girls weekend, so we had more than enough room. The house is very spacious and could easily accommodate much larger groups. The property is gorgeous, peaceful and relaxing. Even though it was quite windy during our stay, we were able to enjoy the outdoors exploring the trails around the lake and canoeing as well. Definitely a memorable weekend that will stay with us for a lifetime! Make sure you go outside and look at the stars after dark, it was the most gorgeous site! The two kitties who live there are adorable as well and the most well behaved cats I've ever seen! Just a heads up, there are no shades in the master bedroom (which I can understand why they don't want to block that view) but if you're used to a blacked out room like I am, you'll want to bring an eye mask. Overall, an awesome experience. We definitely hope to return in the future!

Emily was very responsive and accommodating! Her home was beautiful and very clean, which made us feel right at home. It is located in a very quiet area, but just a short drive from downtown restaurants. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the area!

Nice clean three bedroom home in a nice neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants. Perfect fit our budget and needs. Will stay here again!

Mike replied to anything I asked about. The house was a great price for a group of 4 out in MO for some snow goose hunting. It allowed for the relaxation of space in a house with cheaper pricing than a hotel room. The few extra miles of driving to where we were hunting was definitely worth it. If we are ever back in the area to hunt I will definitely book this location again.

We really enjoyed this space. It was close to the wedding we attended on the West side of town, close to restaurants and other retail, and it was very clean and comfortable! Highly recommend!

Linda is a gracious host who accommodated my family for just a one night stay. The house was in a great location and very easy to find. The house was impeccably clean and the towels and linens were luxurious.
