Perfect place for a beach vacation! This Apartment is perfectly located and has everything you need for a quick getaway or an extended family vacay! It is a 2 min walk from the front door to a gorgeous semi-private beach that looks like a postcard morning, noon and night. The beach has small waves that are perfect for buggy boarding. There is a pool directly outside the apartment and there are tons of great food options a very short drive away. The kitchen is well-equipped, bedrooms and living room all have AC. Will definitely look into staying here again in the future.

Hi Edwin and Deborah, I just wanted to sincerely thank you for letting us stay at your apartment in Río Grande, Puerto Rico. It was an amazing experience from start to finish! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The ocean view was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to that scenery every morning was a true gift. We loved the peaceful atmosphere of the area, the close proximity to the beach, and how easy it was to get around to different attractions. You can really tell how much care and attention you’ve put into the place — it made us feel right at home from the very beginning. Thank you again for your generosity and for allowing us to enjoy such a special place. We truly had an unforgettable vacation, and we’ll absolutely recommend it to friends and family. This is my second stay. You can see my review from March of last year for a full review. In summary, the apartment is large, clean and well appointed. It’s in a safe, gated community a few minutes off of highway 3. Close to restaurants and Luquillo beach. The host is friendly and responsive. WiFi is strong and free Netflix. No issues experienced . I would stay again in the future.

This is a great, family orientated place. Plenty to do with a choice of a few different pools and direct beach access. Close to restaurants and about 30 min from the airport. The space was very nice and clean.

Let me start by saying that this place was definitely as pictured and we felt right at home. The views were beautiful of the mountains and you could see a little bit of the ocean. Opening both balcony’s let in such a nice breeze from all directions. Unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or the beach since I rained most of our trip but overall we enjoyed our stay. I didn’t notice that there was no elevator when booking so pack on the lighter side. Unless you want the workout. Overall would definitely stay again, Nicholas was such a great host and always responded and checked in on us ❤️

We loved our stay at Vanessa’s place. The place was clean, comfortable and close to a swimming pool and with private beach access. Vanessa was always responsive and proactive. Host has maintained the place well and decorated nicely also. We had everything we needed for our stay in there. Thanks for making our vacation a good one. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. It is also very close to El Yunque rain forest

Absolute gold for wanting somewhere to relax away from crowds. The beach front stretches for miles without anyone in sight. The beach and ocean had a good amount of seaweed the first day we got there and it was very clear after that. Saw some turtles swimming around just east of the beach gate. Pool area was well maintained and clean. The apartment itself was really incredible.

Ruth’s place was wonderful. I felt right at home, we were a group and we were all comfortable. Such a cozy modern home, very thankful for the quick response to any questions and would love to come back, the place was just what we hoped for.

Really loved our stay! It was perfect for what we needed it for. Spent the days at El Yunque (SO CLOSE!! - 8 min drive without traffic) and our evenings on the farm. We didn’t mind the cold showers (relief from the PR heat!) or noise from the road (we’re city folk). The Cigar Shop, Bar & pizza were awesome for entertainment and easy dinner (+ the mojitos were delicious). The farm cats were quickly made our best friends & the outdoor space was warm and welcoming - reading in the hammock was a highlight.

Was a nice and quiet place to relax. Good amenities and felt safe. It is in a working class neighborhood. It so happens there was an islandwide blackout. having the Tesla battery backup and the water tank was invaluable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. This house had it all! The host really thought of everything when making sure you enjoyed your stay. From everything for the pool to everything for the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook in or outside on the BBQ. The entire house was extremely clean and I can be pretty picky when it comes to cleanliness, and this one hit the mark for me. We would stay at this house again for sure.

My family and I had a great time staying. Hosts were very quick with responses and accommodated everything we needed. We have family a couple doors down so the location is perfect and it’s not too far from manyyy beautiful beaches ! But having your own private pool for days you don’t want to get sand everywhere was perfect ! The house is very spacious and perfect for a family vacation home to stay in. We can’t wait to come back and stay again ❤️

Great place for a great value with a great host! Very clean, homey and welcoming with all the basics we needed for our stay. Nice to have the patio with a little lawn space and the gated community felt very safe, especially for our Compadre's morning runs. We truly appreciated Jacqueline staying connected with us throughout our stay, providing some local recommendations and even checking in on us during the apagon. We loved that the location was not central to the more touristy things as it was was ideal for us and the activities we had planned. We had a great experience overall and will definitely be back!

This place is amazing. We've stayed at a few Airbnb's in Rio Grande and this has been the best experience by far. This will be our go to next time we visit. I cannot speak highly enough of the beautiful home in the rainforest.

Absolutely the best AirBnB we’ve ever stayed at! House was close to main drag for groceries, shops, restaurants, Beach, and El Yunque. Had everything that you would want in your home. Views were spectacular especially the small mountain behind house as homes and street lights lit. The hosts were quick to respond and a wealth of recommendations. We are definitely coming back!

Elizabeth was a great host. She's very responsive and gave great recommendations for local beaches. Her instructions on how to get to the location are very accurate and helpful. The location is in a great area, very quiet and very safe. We had a small issue that was fixed within an hour.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Liz’s place we took a late flight from ny and arrived in Puerto Rico around 4 am and Liz was willing to accommodate our early arrival which was absolutely generous,The location and seclusion with security on the premises my family and I felt very safe, this penthouse villa was amazingly beautiful it was clean and very comfortable to relax in, Liz recommended a lot of local places for us to visit which we appreciate because we enjoyed ourselves but the most spectacular part of our honeymoon was my wife sipping wine and myself smoking a finely made cigar we purchased from old San Juan the cigar house watching the sunrise over the ocean as we exchanged conversation about our life together moving forward at the private beach on location this will be a memorable sketch in our minds forever. I strongly recommend this penthouse villa to Liz and Adrian thank you and we look forward to returning in the near future.

Very comfortable, nice location, nice pool, beautiful beaches in the area. Luis was very responsive and recommended nice places.

Very nice property and exactly as described. Safe private condominiums. We played tennis right at the property and also used the beach and swimming pool. Though the beach in the property is a bit rocky in this specific area it is still scenic and peaceful. The Rio grande beach is only 5 min drive away if you want to swim. Very friendly hosts and very responsive! Even when there was an island wide power cut this property was still cool and safe and we could rest well. (Even without power) Overall a very satisfied and positive experience!

The entire family enjoyed our week at Jeanette’s beautiful condo! The private beach and pool were unbeatable, and we loved the rooftop terrace, hammock, and ocean view. The kids especially appreciated the Ms. Pac-Man game and karaoke machine. The condo had everything we needed for a wonderful week and was a great base from which to explore Puerto Rico!

We had an amazing vacation at Scott’s place! The beach is spectacular and we often had the pool to ourselves! It’s the perfect distance between San Juan and Fajardo. If you want to get out of the city, but still have lots to do, this is the perfect spot.
