Enjoy a resort style stay in this newly built studio just 5 minutes walk to Ponsonby Rd restaurants. Separate from the main house with the use of a deep salt water pool (unheated). Featuring a king sized bed, mini fridge, lounge area, toaster (breakfast included inside your studio with toast, butter and jam and organic coffee and milk. Situated in the lively Ponsonby area, it is a five min walk to Ponsonby Road restaurants and a 30 min walk to CBD. The bus to Britomart is a six min walk away.

This studio is ideal for couples or friends who want a beautifully appointed, relaxing place as a base while exploring Grey Lynn, Ponsonby and Auckland's central city. It is a lovely heritage neighbourhood with lots of cafes, restaurants and is close to Auckland Zoo, MOTAT, Central down town & Eden Park .

The space is a converted garage attached to the house with a private entrance, with a small ensuite bathroom. Free onsite parking is available for one car outside the room. The room has a comfortable double bed, and a small fridge with tea & coffee making facilities. There is a also a Smart TV w Netflix, and TVNZ+ Note, building work has started on the section next door to us which may result in some building/construction noise during the week.Please take this into account when booking

Nestled in amongst our garden and overlooking a peaceful nature reserve it’s the perfect place for your time in Auckland. Completely private with your own access, expect a super comfortable queen sized bed, a large bath as well as an outdoor area from which you can enjoy the birdsong and sunset views. Off-street parking is available. Please note we have friendly cats.

Your home away from home - completely self-contained with own entrance. Close to cafes and restaurants on Jervois & Ponsonby Roads. Supermarket at the top of the road. Easy access to public transport to CBD & Newmarket, Zoo. Westhaven Marina is a scenic stroll away - or minutes away by car. Lovely Home Bay Beach is at the bottom of our road. One block away is Salisbury Reserve with kiddies playground. My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families.

Large outdoor courtyard creates indoor outdoor flow for those summer days. Please note that loud music and parties are not permitted in the apartment to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. *Parking is going through a refurb. Plenty of parking outside building I’ll supply daily permits*

Conveniently located within Ponsonby and Herne Bay - cafes, restaurants, and bars are just a 5-minute stroll away. Your host live next door in the main house. Minutes drive from the city centre or quick bus ride (bus stop at end of the street). Lovely area, free fast Fibre WiFi Minutes walk to Grey Lynn and West Lynn boutique cafes, restaurants and clothing stores. Ample free street parking.

Cosy and sunny, recently renovated unit on Sentinel Road in the wonderful suburb of Herne Bay. The unit has everything you need for a short stay and a great private outdoor area. Perfect for a single or couple. You will have a private car park that fits up to a medium-sized SUV (eg Mazda CX-5 or similar). Please be mindful of neighbours living in the complex and keep noise to a minimum.

Nikau Garden Studio Grey Lynn

Kia ora! We would love to host you in our separate studio where you can relax in private. It includes a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a living area with a sofa/single bed. (Available for use as an extra bed on request for a $40 fee). It is set in our native NZ garden and is bright and fresh. We live in a great area with many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
