The home and backyard are wonderful you feel at home when you step through the door. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I hope the next time I’m down there it’s available. The patio and grill is amazing and the hammock is an awesome touch. Can’t wait to return. Eillen was wonderful and so quick to respond. Great host and great property I highly recommend! 💕

The stay at Julie's house was everything we could have hoped for. It has everything you need for a large group to stay and be entertained whether it's all adults or kids included. In addition to the pool there is a hot tub inside the linai. There are condiments / spices in the pantry to help with cooking, so you don't need to shop for every little thing. Plenty of entertaining space. Finally, the hosts were responsive every step of the way and even asked if we needed anything after a full day into the visit. Would definitely visit again if our group is in Tampa.

We had to come to town for family business and Christopher was very accomodating.He knew we were traveling with a pet and let us know we could check-in as soon as cleaners were done. He even let us know if we needed more days to finish what we had to do it was available. The yard was amazingly spacious and our dogs ran and played every afternoon till they dropped. The pool was crystal clear and felt amazing after our long days of stress. The arcade games were a hit with the husband and my brother as they battled for highest score on a couple of them. Overall a 10....thank you so much for your ...understanding for what we were dealing with and offer if we needed anything. Although we will not be back in this area I highly recommend this quiet and relaxing home.

I've stayed here once before and it was wonderful so there was no doubt in my mind that this was the place I'd be staying if in the area again. Krisztina's place is beautiful, cozy, and clean. Krisztina is very responsive and friendly and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice home to stay in while in town.

This is our third year in a row staying at Jarrod’s place and we will continue! They have updated furniture since our first visit, gotten new games and entertainment since our first visit, and all around lovely place to stay. Highly highly recommend!

Perfect location to all things downtown Dunedin! Access to breweries are steps away. Very clean.

We stayed here for weekend friends trip and had a lovely time. House is very clean and cozy! The backyard and pool was great! We spent all day by the pool. Loved the experience. Definitely recommend.

Michelle was a great host. The property matched the description, with an updated kitchen and a phenomenal pool area for families. She provided a binder with local restaurant and tour information. Everything you need for a perfect family vacation was provided.

Our stay at Odenia’s place was great! Super clean. Smelled amazing every time you walked in the door. Super cute decor. The only thing I would recommend is a clearer description as the place is more of a duplex rather than a whole home. She was very sweet and available.

I absolutely loved my room—it felt like a beautifully designed tiny house, with every detail thoughtfully arranged to make the space feel cozy and incredibly livable. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Ira & Gay are truly super hosts. They go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and have everything you need. I was introduced to neighbors and learned a lot about the area through my conversations with them. Tarpon is a very friendly and welcoming area. The close proximity to Craig Park/Spring Branch, Whitcomb Bayou, and downtown minimize the amount of driving you have to do. One walk around Spring Branch yielded a dolphin sighting. A really great blend of relaxation and activities. I am looking forward to returning in the near future.

Location can't be beat - right across the street from Pioneer Park. We loved visiting the farmer's market in the morning, and sitting on the porch listening to live music in the evening. Walkable to all the downtown area as well as TD Ballpark.

We had a great stay at this house! The place was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was convenient and made getting around super easy. The host was responsive and helpful, which made the experience even better. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

I had a very nice stay at this lovely little Airbnb. The place had everything I needed and was perfect for a solo trip or for couples looking for a peaceful getaway. It's located in a super calm area, which made it ideal for unwinding and recharging. The pool was just a short walk away and was always clean and well-maintained—a great bonus for relaxing in the sun. The host’s parents live next door and were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel even more comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth both before and during the stay, which I really appreciated. All in all, a great experience. I would definitely recommend it!

We took my dad for a respite trip after losing my mom. It was a beautiful, relaxing place. He had his own private space, and we had ours. It worked out perfectly! We hated to leave. We loved sitting on the patio mornings and evenings watching all the wildlife in and around the pond. We even saw a small gator in the pond one morning! That was exciting! The place was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed.

My family and I stayed for 11 nights. Ezra greeted me and gave me a tour of the place, she was very concerned about our comfort. The condo was equipped with many amenities that made it feel like home; plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, storage containers, garbage bags, laundry soap. There were many small kitchen appliances, toaster, coffee maker, blenders, lots of extra sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Having a washer/dryer and dish washer, vacuum, brooms were really helpful. There were some high end finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. The Lazy-boys in the living room were very comfortable. The property was so pretty and peaceful. The gated community gives a sense of safety. I loved the access to a private patio overlooking the golf course. It’s a shame the pool and recreation facilities are not available for Airbnb guests, but I knew that in advance.

Top notch experience! I stay at their places frequently, and will do so again very soon. Highly recommended across the board!

This location is perfect for visiting Honeymoon Island. It was our first time on the Gulf side in Florida and it was absolutely amazing. Close enough to downtown Dunedin and Clearwater beach. Mona was super responsive and helpful the entire booking up to our check out process! Will definitely be back!

loved the area and condo. We had a nice view of the pool, lagoon and Gulf. Condo had everything we needed. We saw dolphins and manatees. All restaurants we tried were great. Mike was a wonderful host and we would love to come again.

Beautiful place and great location. May was always so responsive and flexible with us when we arrived early. I would definitely recommend. The sunsets were breathtaking and the restaurant bar and pool/hot tub were perfect. Such a fun time and lots of memories made

The location is great and quiet, perfect for walking around. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, and it's within walking distance of the Yuengling Center. The Airbnb itself is very spacious, with a dream kitchen. Everything was beautiful and well-kept. The host was also very flexible and kindly allowed us to check out an hour and a half later than scheduled. Highly recommend!
