If you’re looking for a quiet getaway with plenty of room to stretch out whether you’re just a couple with a dog or a fairly large family this place will not disappoint. Plenty of covered outdoor area fenced in yard for your pup and the waterfront property with a dock is fantastic to sit on for watching the sunset or fishing. Plenty of watercraft to choose from and every item you may have forgotten that home like fishing poles, fishing, nets, etc. there is a nice little mother-in-law style living quarters at ground level that would be great for people who cannot navigate stairs and need a little extra privacy from the family. Host and hostess are very responsive very friendly and quickly take care of any issues although we had none during our stay. We will definitely be back again and possibly bring the grandchildren next time..

We had a couple days to spend with family at Clearwater Beach and found this amazing place! They are correct, 70 steps and you have white sand and amazing views! They provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels! Perfect! We decided to enjoy the restaurants within a 10 minute walking distance. There were so many, but Grey Roosters's recommendations were spot on! We were looking for relaxing time and we received it! We will ne back! Thank you!

Truly amazing! Crystal’s place felt like our home away from home. We were able to make meals while on vacation since her kitchen is stocked with cookware and spices, I was able to do laundry and pack our bags with clean clothes before checkout, & we even got to grill out and use the fire pit to make s’mores in the backyard. Crystal’s listing stood out to me because it is only 11 minutes away from Honeymoon Island State Park! Another bonus is that check-in is flexible and it was a breeze; with the keyless entry we were able to let ourselves in without having to coordinate with the hosts our ETA, especially since we got there later in the evening. They utilize an electronic keypad so when I had to go to Publix (which is also 4 min away) and my family was at the local pier fishing, they could re-enter the home without us having to worry about “leaving a key under a mat” or anything like that. Overall this Airbnb is worth the price and the hosts are very friendly and responsive, 10/10‼️😁💯

We loved saying at Michelle’s house. It was so nice to have a fenced in yard for our dogs, a pool, a boat dock, and close to the gulf! The house was nice and clean too!

Great space for a getaway or vacation. Very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the little back deck mornings with our coffee and evenings relaxing. The bed was so comfortable and we cooked a few meals with the turn key kitchen. VERY functional and efficient. Walking distance to the beach and downtown-- GREAT location without out being in the busy area. Very relaxing and the amenities are awesome. I would highly recommend.

What we enjoyed most about Shiloh's place was its close proximity to the Gulf and Sunset Beach. We walked from the property to the beach on numerous occasions, especially to watch the sunset. We also walked and rode are bikes to Fred Howard Park which was close by and also into Tarpon Springs, and onto the Pinellas Trail. The house was as described, and well stocked with all we needed. The newer washer/dryer came in very handy. Shiloh was very quick to respond, as we had an issue with a patio fan; and she had the fan replaced while we were there at no inconvenience to us. WE would return to this property!

The home was just as advertised. Host was very responsive to our questions. Great location - with direct water access to the Gulf. Very peaceful neighborhood. Excellent value for price paid. We were very impressed with repairs made after the 2024 hurricanes. Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience.

Our stay was short, but sweet. The open living space and large pool were perfect for 14 people. 4 decided to sleep at a hotel before we arrived when we realized there are 4 bedrooms, not 5. This allowed the youngest kids to go to bed closer to their bedtime, and everyone else to relax together watching the Olympics and chatting. We loved the kayaks, and Larry brought life vests when we noticed that there weren’t enough. I was a little disappointed that the rooftop deck is out of order, but I would still stay here again. The kitchen is huge and well-appointed. Lisa and Larry were very responsive and helpful from booking throughout the stay, and this house provided greatly needed rest while we visited our terminally ill relative.

We will be staying here again! As a mom of 3 toddlers/infants, this house was SUPERBLY clean and in the best location possible. Everything was walking distance and in the heart of Clearwater Beach. The beach was just steps away and the neighborhood is so beautiful and upscale. Waking up to the water view every morning was a dream. I can't wait to rent this house again!!

The unit was as described. My wife and I enjoyed our stay, we asked to add a day to the visit and Christine was able to accommodate. The unit was ready for us at check in, it was a short walk to the pool and small beach area. Everything went as planned. We were happy with the unit and would rent again.

Great location with an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Camille was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Townhouse was exactly as described.

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time at this property! The location was perfect - beautiful views, quiet, and a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The home was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, including a slow cooker to make some chili for dinner one night! There were a variety of games that kept us entertained on the one rainy day. The three bedrooms each have an attached bathroom, which was ideal for guests. The garage has an exercise area, lots of beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, towels, coolers, etc.) and bikes. The shared pool is a nice size and has plenty of chaise lounges and chairs. Our favorite was the roof top deck with the hot tub and grill. Again, there is plenty of seating and lovely views from up there. Misty and her team responded within minutes to all of our questions, before we arrived and while we were there. We would highly recommend this property for your stay in Clearwater Beach!

This was our family’s second stay at Eric’s house and it was everything that we remembered from the first! So comfortable for our family of 4- enough privacy for the teens with an amazing outdoor space for all of us to be together! From morning coffee watching the birds to evenings listening to the fish jump with fun pool time in between… we enjoyed our time and will be back!

This was a perfect getaway. Fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico, lots of wildlife, amazing heated pool, and the space was relaxing and chill. We even got in a few games of tennis,

This home was everything we ever dreamed of, and more! So beautiful! The location is fantastic with everything you could possibly want to do being within minutes away. Although, you really don't want, or need, to leave this home. Absolutely amazing, stunning , and breathtaking. We will definitely be making this our only vacation home from now on in Florida. Absolutely gorgeous!!

Our cottage wasn’t ready when we arrived but Captain Al was very responsive and accommodating! He provided us another cottage in a timely manner and generously took care of our dinner tab while we waited. It was very chilly in Florida during our stay and Captain Al brought us an additional space heater to use during our stay. The location is amazing and the cottages are very unique! We’d definitely come back!

Our stay at 210 Clearwater was great. We had a wonderful time the location was all we expected. Thanks to Salvatore for making us very comfortable and keeping us informed. We hope to be back and gladly stay here again. A big thanks to all that made our stay so pleasant, Adam and Irma

Great location: walking distance to bars and restaurants and beach was a 30' (foot) walk across a driveway. Not sure I would call it a "true" 7-bedroom. Two of the bedrooms were accessed through other bedrooms. However, it would sleep 15 people comfortably and we had 14. The open kitchen, living room, dining room combination worked great. The dining room table sat 8 comfortably and the L shaped sectional sat at least that many. The open kitchen allowed for easy movement of many cooks and the breakfast bar allowed for easy serving. Two refrigerators allowed for more than enough storage. The view from the outdoor balconies was great but, the furniture and astro turf could use some care. Nonetheless, a 5-star place.

We had a wonderful time on Pine Island! This rental was truly lovely, offering fantastic views that we thoroughly enjoyed. The location was perfect for us, as we spent many delightful afternoons and evenings relaxing on the beach. Just a friendly tip for future guests: while the beach is public, we encountered a neighbor who seemed protective of the area directly in front of the house, which Kimberly did warn us about in the house book. We politely addressed his concerns, and it wasn't an issue afterward. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful condo complex! Large end unit with lots of space. Kitchen was well equipped- best I have encountered so far!! Lots of dishes, pans and cooking utensils. 2 balconies - one facing east for sunrise and one facing west for fantastic evening sunsets. Access to kayaks and paddle board was a nice bonus. Pool was warm and fairly empty most days. Everyone in the complex was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider booking again if we were to return to the area.

Loved our week long stay here. It was all seamless and easy from the get go. The staff was very communicative and helpful as we ran into a couple minor issues. All in all enjoyed our stay and would recommend to those looking for a reasonably priced stay close to the beach.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!! We loved this little spot. It was perfect to be able to just walk outside and put my feet in the sand and walk the beach any time I wanted. It's within walking distance to all the restaurants, gift shops, and bars. The room is perfect for a couple. It did have a pullout couch if you had someone additional, but there is no bedroom. So privacy might be the issue with additional person. Kitchen has the basic necessities on dishes. The bathroom, they provide only the one roll of toilet paper for your stay. So bring extra! There is a CVS walking distance to get anything extra. They only provide one trash bag per stay. And the trash can is literally a small aluminum bathroom sized trash can. Bring trash bags! There is a gazebo outside with seating and shade to hang out under. Loved the location!!!
