The cabin is not insulated, but has electricity with access to outdoor bathrooms and an outdoor open air shower. You will need to bring food and drinking water. The efficiency apartment has a full kitchen and cozy combined bedroom and seating room with a view over the deck and backyard where a BBQ is available. The entrance from the deck is private and separate from the main house where I live with two quiet dogs on a friendly street. The apartment is 20 m walking/5 m driving to SUNY Canton and 15 m driving to Potsdam. There are also trails and two golf courses nearby.

The 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 4 guests. The suite is in the Mechanic Block and dates back to 1874. The apartment was restored while keeping the historical integrity in check. With vintage sink, clawfoot tub and 7' interior walls (not reaching ceiling as shown on photos) There is private parking and separate entrance. You get the entire apartment. The main level of this historical commercial building is operated by the building owner.

The space is dog friendly (prior approval required). Outdoor yard space on property is limited use (weather permitting). Also a quick walk to SLU campus & downtown Canton or trek across town to SUNY Canton.

The Coop at LFF is a small and cozy cottage that sits on our 220 acre certified organic farm. It has a small kitchen and living area, bedroom and full bath. There is Roku TV and Free WIFI. Enjoy hiking, snowshoeing or cross country skiing the trails around our farm. Relax in the rocking chairs on the porch as you enjoy your morning coffee or stargaze at night.
