A beautifully equipped house with everything you need and more. The tasteful decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. We had a fantastic weekend with our family and I wish we could have stayed longer!

Lovely apartment close to the beach, restaurants and shops... Friendly, nice and helpful owner...

A perfect house, where everything is thought out to the smallest detail. A large living room, where it was nice to light a fireplace and enjoy a glass of wine. A separate bedroom with a very comfortable large bed and a large window. It was very sunny and fresh there. You will also have a large balcony where you can have breakfast or work with a stunning view of the mountain. We travel and work remotely, so good internet is important for us – and here it was very fast, which is a huge plus, because it is not always the case in houses in South Africa. And we were also pleased to meet the owners of the house – super nice guys, thank you for your hospitality! ❤️

Très bon séjour chez Jonathan, notre logement a été changé pour des chambres individuelles vue mer à la place de l’appartement vue sur la cours sans supplément :) Les parties communes sont sublimes avec une décoration digne d’une galerie d’art. Dommage la piscine était trop froide pour se baigner. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et très copieux et à savoir que l’hôte proposait le service de restauration nous aurions également réservé pour le repas du repas soir.

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Tage im Gästehaus „On the Rocks“ verbracht – vor allem die Lage hat uns beeindruckt: direkt an der wilden Küste, mit Blick auf die Wellen, die gegen die Felsen schlagen – ein spektakuläres Naturschauspiel. Das Haus ist stilvoll, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders angenehm: die Heizdecken im Bett, die nach einem stürmischen Tag für Wärme sorgten. Auch der Service war top – super herzliche Gastgeber, tolle Restauranttipps und ein liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück. Kleinere Mängel gab es dennoch: Manche Bereiche wie die schwergängige Balkontür oder der korrodierte Badspiegel wirken etwas abgenutzt. Außerdem war der Jacuzzi bei Nutzung leider kalt – er wurde zwar auf Wunsch angeschaltet, benötigte aber mehrere Stunden zum Aufheizen. Bei dem eher hohen Preis fallen solche Details etwas mehr ins Gewicht. Trotzdem war der Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr toll und definitiv empfehlenswert😊

The vintage decor made it cozy and nostalgic, while being impeccably clean and comfortable. Best of all, it was pet-friendly, allowing our dogs to enjoy the adventure too! Evenings spent stargazing around the campfire were unforgettable, and the serene surroundings provided a peaceful escape from daily life. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming, offering great local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. This was a unique and relaxing getaway for both us and our furry friends. We can't wait to return! Highly recommended!

Eendag home was wonderful. The house is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. We only stayed 3 nights and it so happened that it rained 2 out of the 3 days. The fact that the house is so spacious and has sooooo many things to entertain yourself with, made it easy to still make the best of our holiday, albeit indoors. We especially loved the pool table and the table tennis and the cosy fireplace in the lounge. The best thing I can say about Eendag House is that I really want to go back again. Thanks so much, Maretha, for being a kind and helpful host and for making us feel at home in your beautiful guesthouse.

This was appropriate holiday accommodation for 9 family members at Glen's home over December. Rooms and beds were comfortable. Great location if one likes peaceful environment and walks with dogs along the river each day. Wonderful to sit on the patio and watch activities at the boat launch. Yes we would go back.

The place is simple, but everything is done with love and a smile. The breakfast was very good despite load shedding, and the products like the oats and granola are carefully selected. We would have enjoyed a more modern bathroom, but others may like the vintage spirit.
