Abilene Lake Cabin, Outside of Town

Update: Due to drought over the past several months, our lake is experiencing extremely low water level. It’s still a great little place to stay, but we do not have a full lake at this time! Sleep well on the murphy bed w/queen memory foam mattress. Also a queen sofa sleeper. Kitchen w/essentials, Keurig, coffee, bottled water, snacks. Bring your groceries to store in the fridge during your stay. Stove/micro. Towels, shampoo, soap, hairdryer. Iron. RokuTV plus 11more channels. WiFi. Clean&tidy!

"Naroma Court" is a charming Spanish Colonial two-family home built in 1926 in the heart of historic Abilene, KS. It is part of a historic neighborhood just four blocks from downtown. Local attractions include the Eisenhower Center, Nat’l Greyhound Racing Museum, Seelye Mansion, Great Plains Theatre, Old Abilene Town, Brown Memorial Park, Eisenhower Park Rose Garden, and antique shops. After touring the town, relax on the shaded patio, go for a bike ride, or just walk around the neighborhood.

The main level features two queen bedrooms, a TV room, bath, kitchen and lakeview room overlooking the large, gently sloping yard and lake. Additional sleeping with futons in the TV room and lakeview room. Enjoy brick-paved patio with colorful adirondaks around fire pit, a hammock, horseshoes, ping pong, charcoal grill and picnic table. We are looking forward to your visit at the Grace Hill Grain Bin. This distinctive spot is perfect for a weekend getaway or for an entire week stay. The unique, custom-built house was constructed in 1988 from a 45' grain bin by my father. The house has a large pond, perfect for sunset views. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Enjoy smores at the fire pit, and watching the sunset from the porch swing.
