LAFAYETTE STAND-ALONE COTTAGE HIDEAWAY

This is a charming stand alone cottage next to the main house with its own private entrance. You'll have access to an acre of garden which you are welcome to relax in. It has a full size fridge with a stackable washer dryer The property is 11 minutes from the Lafayette BART and 7 minutes from Walnut Creek town center by car. Briones Wildlife Park is less than a mile away. We have 4 cats and two small dogs. Pets are welcome but we ask for large dogs to be on leash. TESLA charging available.

At approximately 3,250 square feet (300 m²), including 10 total rooms, a 500 square foot (50 m²) roof deck with a bay view, & a rose garden patio, there's plenty of space to stretch out, both inside and out. Many water views. Furnished largely with antique and vintage finds from the late 19th century to the middle 20th century, there's ample charm.
