Fuss free check in to this comfortable cottage and easy walk to shops and restaurants (can recommend Taj Mahal, Cliffy’s, Koukla and La Luna). Short drive to Hepburn Springs and Castlemaine for more adventures. Had a blast playing Trivial Pursuit and enjoyed breakfast on the verandah and reading a magazine in the private backyard. Carlos provided information before check in re heating (there was ample for cosy cooler nights) and appliance use. Highly recommend the home and host. Thanks Carlos!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and cozy home! The house is not only stylish and well-equipped but also incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of our favorite parts was the backyard, where our baby was absolutely delighted watching the birds and ducks each day. The location is great—peaceful, yet just a short drive into town. We especially loved the pastries at Redbeard Bakery and found the most amazing strawberries at the local farmers market. Gordon was a fantastic host—super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a charming and peaceful retreat!

We had a lovely stay in Blackwood! The area is peaceful, scenic, and full of charm—exactly what we needed for a relaxing family getaway. We were greeted each morning by beautiful native birds including parrots, kookaburras, and cockatoos, which our kids absolutely loved. The home was cozy and well-suited for our family (including our little dog, who also had a great time!). It was the perfect base to slow down, reconnect with nature, and enjoy the quiet beauty of the region. We also enjoyed visiting the local hotel for dinner and drinks—great atmosphere and friendly locals. There are a couple of cute cafés nearby too, perfect for a morning coffee or bite to eat. Highly recommend this stay if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature and wildlife. We’d love to come back!

My family and friends enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful place over the Easter weekend, and we truly had a marvellous time! The property is incredible and perfect for kids to run around and have fun. It has everything you need, including a Tesla charger, which is just fantastic! Our wonderful hosts were always available to communicate with me, promptly answering any questions I had. The surrounding area offers a variety of delightful activities for families to explore. A huge thank you to Andrew, Paul, and Gillian for providing such a lovely Easter experience at your property. We really hope to return someday!

Lynne and Ray met us at the property with the key and showed us around.Nice and spacious with lovely little touches that we appreciated. Lynne and Ray are really nice people and I would recommend anyone to stay at their property.

We had a lovely stay at Harvest Cottage. The property was beautiful and quiet with everything you need for a nice getaway. We particularly the loved the fresh sourdough bread and fresh eggs from the chickens!

Tran's house was better than expected. It was an easy check in process lovely and clean rooms and bathrooms and a kitchen with full amenities. The space was perfect for 7 adults and one baby. The beds were very comfy and the lounge area was great for a group. The views were beautiful from all directions of the house.

We absolutely loved our week at Jarrod's place - the house itself was perfect, just the right amount of cosy with lots of comfy couches, pillows, blankets, rugs, an amazing open fireplace but all modern too. Really appreciated the high quality tv, sound system, Analon cookware, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. Everything felt generous and welcoming. The location was great - a nice (short) walk out the back with our dog (lookout for the posse of kangaroos!), some awesome longer hikes very close by, and a ~3 min drive to the main street of Hepburn and a ~7 min drive into Daylesford. Jarrod was a great host too, communicative and lovely. Already planning our return trip! ❤️

We had a fabulous stay at Sailors Falls Estate! Margaret and Robert were so helpful and the villa was very comfortable. We found the nearby Daylesford attractions easy to get to but also enjoyed relaxing at the villa with a lovely wine from the cellar door!

A lovely place and in a perfect location, a short walk from the centre of Daylesford. We'll stay here again.

Great location and friendly staff, would come back here again

Absolutely beautiful space which was in a great location. Perfect for a couple….we loved the view and the absolute privacy and peacefulness. I stayed in the upstairs apartment with my sister ten years ago…. the Saltus apartments remain as fresh and modern and well appointed as they were back then. Loved it. Will definitely return again. Thankyou so much!!

Had a wonderful stay, the place was everything as described, spacious, very clean and well equipped with everything you need, and we especially liked that it was so close to Lake Daylesford. The balcony backed out onto the lake and was the prefect spot to relax and watch the sunset. Something to note for anyone with mobility issues, this suite (3) can only be accessed by a slightly steep flight of stairs which proved to be a little difficult for my elderly mum, would’ve have been great if this was included in the details beforehand. There also seemed a slight problem with toilet seat (wasn’t fitted properly) and some information contained in the ‘information file’ in the suite contradicted with the details (check-out times) that was provided. However overall, we had a fabulous stay, it is a gorgeous place and would definitely recommend!

Very pleasant stay - the hosts were very communicative and the location and accomodation was perfect for a nice weekend getaway! Highly recommend!

Hepburn springs and surrounding area are generally expensive but this accommodation was very reasonably priced.Unfortunately most of Hepburn Springs is either up for sale or closed down but Daylesford is only 5 minutes away by car and theres plenty to see or do there.

The lakeside suite was serene. Tidy clean and quiet with a beautiful view of the lake. The lakeside suite is walking distance from Vincent Street and the lake is easily accessible. The decking could do with a little bit of TLC and being on the lower level we could hear our neighbours above us. Nonetheless, our stay was lovely.

Had such a lovely weekend getaway. Feels very private with such stunning views and heaps of wildlife. The hot tub is awesome and it’s only a short drive into town. Would definitely stay again!

A romantic spot next door to a brewery. A stylish double storey town house with great countryside views. Wildlife nearby. We saw kangaroos up close each day. Loved Helen's service and chats at the brewery. Definitely recommend!

Simply amazing.

What a wonderful place for ladies weekend away. The day spa/massage is just across the road but who needs the spa when we have 2 beautiful spas to ourselves at Brian’s place where we can have food n drink while bathing and listen to birds singing outside. Comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms. Heating is so nice on cold autumn nights. We didn’t cook but pots, pans and everything there if you want to cook up a storm. The decking is where we love the most. Just the sound of birds with no people. We saw kangaroos at the front early morning when we walked to get our coffee (3 mins away). We had a lovely weekend staying at Brian’s and surely there will be more stay coming up. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us.

House was clean and tidy, had a really nice warmth as soon as you walked in the front door. Amber was super easy to communicate with and allowed us to check in early upon request which was awesome, and we appreciated a lot! Spa was great to be in on a cold night with a full view of the stars in the sky. Our favourite part of the whole house had to be the couch in the living area, it was so comfortable we wanted to take it home with us. Really had a fantastic time, would come back again definitely.

Our stay at the Vicarage was absolute perfection. From the moment we arrived—lights on, music playing—we felt instantly relaxed. The home is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and charm and Dean is an incredibly thoughtful host. The fires were set, the hot tub was ready, and a generous selection of provisions welcomed us. There were no tedious rules, just an open invitation to unwind and enjoy. The gardens were gorgeous too with plenty of quiet spots to enjoy a book or a cuppa, and Sammy the cat made us feel right at home. Every detail was focused on comfort and ease.
