Set in a safe and charming cul-de-sac neighborhood on the bank of the Mississippi River near downtown Minneapolis in the Historic Milling District and NE Arts and Entertainment District. This lodging is for adults only. (Allergy alert: a dog lives here, but not during your reservation). Snow removal and lawn mowing is provided. This is our primary home that we make available while we are traveling. Dogs not allowed.

There are 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a spacious kitchen open to a great room that is perfect for socializing, cooking and relaxing, watching the ducks swim by. Dock installed in 2025. The lake is quiet, non motorized, perfect for canoeing/paddle boarding. Easy walk to the village and access to bike trails. 1 mile walk to Lake Minnetonka. Dogs require approval - please message about your dog. Interior is updated, exterior gives a rustic cottage feel. There is no dock.

This cozy space is one block from the Twin Cities commuter rail system, halfway between the MSP airport and downtown Minneapolis! This unit is one half of a double bungalow with the hosts living right next door. It is completely private with its own separate entrance.
