Such a beautiful house - cosy, comfortable, nicely decorated & much larger than I expected! The house is well located for going out and about in Abingdon, or taking the short bus ride into Oxford city centre from the bus stop 2 minutes away from the house. Plenty of nice shops & supermarkets within walking distance, as well as a fun Mexican restaurant and a friendly parkrun. The house is super well equipped, and the hosts are helpful & responsive with super clear check in / parking instructions. Would highly recommend!

Stayed here with our two young children and dog for a couple days. It was a really enjoyable stay, big comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, lovely and clean and really soft fluffy carpet! Also handy location, nice park up the road for the kids and walk for the dog - ideal!

This is the second time I have stayed at this property and it won’t be the last ! . Wonderfully helpful hosts and couldn’t fault in any way . Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay - the house is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable, plenty of room for two families. The kitchen is amazing, a fantastic communal space and really well equipped. The living rooms are cosy whilst still being light and airy and the bedrooms all great. Thank you so much for a great long weekend.

Honestly, the house and its surroundings are astounding, especially in spring. The open kitchen and living room are so beautiful that we struggled to believe we were allowed to spend our time there. The welcome gift box was a big surprise to us, but I don't want to share any spoilers with future guests. :) The nearby nature is breathtaking. We had a wonderful hike to the Donnington Castle through peaceful meadows. We are sincerely grateful for staying for a weekend in such a beautiful place.

Our stay at this amazing piece of architecture and home was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the thoughtful layout and impressive design. The space was vast and beautifully appointed, offering everything we could possibly need and more. The huge windows were a particular highlight, flooding the house with natural light and providing stunning views. Our daughter spent hours gazing out of them! The garden was another major plus, a true haven for our dog who had the time of his life. A special mention must go to Ester, the owners' friendly dog, who became a wonderful playmate. This house truly felt like a luxurious retreat, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a stylish, spacious, and pet-friendly getaway. Was such a beautiful home for a lovely weekend with my girls very clean and comfy and the little touches was adorable especially the welcome treat and the flip flops for hut tub. Easy to communicate with and just a lovely and cosy home. Would highly recommend this place 👌

Absolutely perfect in every respect. Very quiet and peaceful location. A very well equipped and spotless apartment. Parking directly outside was a bonus for us. Fantastic value for money. Couldn't be better!

We had a lovely short break at Milan’s loft apartment, tucked away in the beech woods. Milan was a proactive and responsive host, letting us have all the information we needed, and providing for a comfortable stay. It is a great spot from which to explore the local area and we had some lovely walks with friends in the nearby Chinnor Hill nature reserve and at Whiteleaf cross.

I had a wonderful stay at Cathrine's Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Cathrine was a fantastic host, quick to respond and very accommodating. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend staying here!

A small, cozy private space — very clean, with all amenities, and located in a peaceful area with a bus station nearby.

Samantha was a great friendly host she allowed us to park our car and put our luggage in the annexe early as we were attending a wedding The accommodation is perfect it was clean beautiful soft furnishings and facilities Samantha had an eye for detail to enable our stay to be comfortable Welcome pack of tea coffee milk Would highly recommend We will visit again and explore the area Jane and Steve

Had an amazing couple of nights stay the location was stunning the views over the countryside loved the rural setting with fantastic hosts every thing that was needed was provided. Would definitely book again.

I took my wife away for her birthday along with our 19month old little girl and golden retriever, I’m not sure who enjoyed it the most. The incredible garden and fields the accommodation looks out to was not only stunning but ideal for tiring them both out. Lovely walks from the house to the woods and lots of other great days out within 30mins. The accommodation itself is clean and cosy with everything you’d need. Would highly recommend.

The garden room was excellent in every respect. I think the only problem will be to find a date when it is NOT booked. The main area was bright and airy with excellent furniture, the kitchen had plenty of cutlery, crockery and space to store my own goods. The TV reception was brilliant and the standard channels were available digitally as well as other channels. It is close to Bookham which is a delightful village with plenty of walks and five public houses, most serving meals, I ate at the Swan Upping which was excellent. An added bonus of the garden room is the three resident ducks who provide a brilliant display of marching, searching and generally have an inquisitive side as well. The Thames is a short walk away with plenty of riverside walks so all in all a wonderful place to stay. Nick and Mikila, the hosts, are also very helpful and able to answer any questions very quickly. I will definitely be back in the garden room the next time I am in the area, providing its available!

WOW! What a wonderful few days we had at the forest cabin at Red Kite Retreats. A special weekend for our son’s first birthday and what gorgeous surroundings we were in. The cabin was spotless, beds super comfortable and the cabin had great amenities. We did some lovely walks from the cabin and chilled for the rest of our time and took in the beautiful cosy surroundings. Would highly recommend and hope to go back again one day!

Lovely little Airbnb in the back of Maureen's garden. Everything looked brand new and was very clean, and we were very comfortable during our (one night) stay. The shower especially was great! Recommend & would come back.

I have already booked to go back again for two weeks in June, that's how lovely this place is. Beautiful location, set on its own, on a farm, lovely and quiet with stunning outlook. The wood burner was very popular, Christine had already set it up ready for our arrival. Didn't get around to using the BBQ or Firepit Very comfy bed made it difficult to get up in the morning zzzz Thanks Christine and Mark for making us welcome.

We had a wonderful stay! The setting was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a romantic escape. There was so much to enjoy right at the accommodation—the aqua centre was a real treat, and we had great fun relaxing in the snooker room. The space was clean, cosy, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made everything smooth from start to finish. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to couples looking for a romantic and relaxing stay in a unique location.

We absolutely loved Chloe’s place - it’s exactly as described, in a very good location about 5 mins drive from Marlow. Marlow is a lovely village - loads of pubs and restaurants. We would definitely recommend and if we’re down this way again we would rebook. Simply excellent.

The cabin is beautiful, and would be perfect for a short stay in the area. As well the fancy towns of Henley and Marlow nearby, its very easy to get to the river heading directly south from the cabin and walk along it towards Hambleden which I can definitely recommend. The kitchen is well equipped and everything was clean and comfortable.
