This very nice 3 room apartment is located in the district of Liebenau. The building was newly constructed in 2018 and the apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator). The distribution of the 65m² is ideal. There are 2 separate bedrooms. One of them with two single beds and the other with a double bed. In addition, a living room with the possibility of a pull-out sofa bed. A spacious bathroom and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully furnished. The terrace has a great view of the park. For longer stays there is a washing machine in the storage room, an ironing board with an iron and a drying rack. The apartment is very stylish and furnished with great attention to detail.

Unweit steht noch ein kleines Holzhaus in dem ich wohne und angrenzend ist ein Obstgarten zum naschen. Alles ist DIY, mit viel Liebe und Einfachheit und hat Almhüttenflaire. Graz Zentrum 17km und ein lieblicher Naturteich in nur 3 km Entfernung.
