Our house sits at the bottom of a secret track in a private, historical cove on the beautiful Hebridean island of Lismore. Secluded, quiet and peaceful, Port Moluag is within easy reach of the Scottish mainland whilst feeling totally removed from the pace and noise of city life. The house is newly-built using eco technologies to limit its environmental impact and is surrounded by wonderful wildlife such as seals, otters, and a multitude of birds as well as many sites of historical interest.

Located at the top of Scotland you'll enjoy one of the best views in the area - even the locals are envious! One mile off the popular NC500 tourist route, our two pods and a Shepherd's Hut offer peace and quiet in an idyllic location with some amazing sunrises, sunsets and starry skies.

Our cosy hut consists of a comfortable bedroom with an enchanted view of Assaroe Lake: enjoy it on our 3 deckings! The cabin is very close to our house but secluded from it, buried in the woods. The room provides a tranquill escape from frantic life:- there’s Wi-Fi but no television , just a radio. Kitchen facilities are basic but functional. We provide the basis for a continent breakfast. Beaches and hiking trails are very close by. WE ACCEPT PETS ONLY AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THEIR OWNER

The Tower, Thornton Castle

Traditional & relaxed accommodation in the 16th century Scottish tower of our family home. Accessed by a spiral staircase your space comprises 2 bedrooms for 4 people over two floors in a private wing of the castle with bathroom and small sitting room. Full breakfast included. Set in the foothills of the Cairngorm National Park, this is an ideal stop off between Inverness and Edinburgh. Balmoral Castle, Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle and St Andrews are nearby. Tennis court available.

Norskye Bothy

Norskye Bothy is a Scandi-Scot inspired hideaway in the heart of the Isle of Skye. Our architecturally designed eco cabin sleeps up to two people, with uninterrupted hill and loch views. The cabin features an open plan living, kitchen and dining space with a separate king size bedroom and shower room. Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.

Ord’s Loft - Old Town Historic Apartment

Ord’s Loft, situated in White Horse Close, is one of the most desirable and unique properties in Edinburgh’s old town. Positioned on the top floor of what was once the White Horse Coaching Inn, built by Laurence Ord in 1624, the loft is entered by the iconic steps seen in so many photos of Edinburgh. The outlook south over the courtyard is Holyrood Palace, Arthurs Seat, the Scottish Parliament and the Old Town while to the rear it looks up to Regent Road and Calton Hill.

Magical gothic 3 bedroom mini-castle.

The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an small adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.
