Enjoy the beautiful back yard with hot tub, bbq, fire pit and outdoor seating or head down to the pond for a swim and some kayaking (kayaks not provided) . The lower level you will find all the floors are heated along with a heat pump and a wood stove for cooler nights and a hot tub outside. The top level consist the master bedroom with its own ensuite. Outside has a warp around deck so you can enjoy the sun and the ocean breeze from any angle.

Northern Bay Beach House is located on the east coast of Newfoundland in the community of Northern Bay, home to Northern Bay Sands! Northern Bay Beach House is perched on the cliffs overlooking the beach and is just 100 steps from the sand. After a day on the beach, come back to the house for a soak in the hot tub, hang out at the tiki bar (seasonal), or relax by the campfire!
