The Loaf: a stylish and unique town centre roost

The Loaf is a unique self-catering space, ideally for 2 people, but can sleep 4. On the mezzanine is a double bed, and large shower room. The kitchen has basics: oils, salt, spices tea and coffee provided. There's a second loo, dining and living areas with king-size sofa bed. The Loaf is just off the main street, 3 mins walk to the sea, train and bus stations, and 8 min walk to the Scillonian. There are two great pubs close by, and you can even bring your own food to The Crown. Car park nearby.

Polgoon Cottage, 3 bedroom + hot tub on vineyard.

A beautiful 3 bedroom cottage located near entrance to a working Vineyard. Polgoon is just off the A30 on the edge of Penzance and makes award winning wines, ciders & juices. The cottage is available for rent all year and sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. Rural yet within walking distance of Penzance town & seafront. It's a lovely little cottage with a sunny garden. Guests also get to book on a vineyard tour & tasting for free . HOT TUB all year. nb: Friday changeover 7 night min July&Aug &Xmas

The Treehouse is an architecturally designed space for 2 with a private covered balcony running down one side with views over stunning gardens & countryside. Originally a famous printmakers studio, it is now a large, comfortably furnished light filled sanctuary. There are floor to ceiling windows, (with blinds) a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs is a romantic ensuite bedroom. The Treehouse is ideal for a relaxing break in a secluded location, 10 mins walk to Penzance.

A short walk to the harbour where you can catch the Scillonian ferry boat to the Isles of Scilly for a day trip, or wherever takes your fancy as this place is central to it all.

Our Lodge is very private and peaceful, nestled next to woods and orchard with wonderful views over Mounts Bay but only 5 minutes from Penzance by car with its many restaurants and night life and is perfectly placed to explore the spectacular beaches and coastal paths of Lands End and St Ives. With private parking for 3 cars, it is perfect for families, couples and groups of friends. We are always on hand to give you any help or information you may need. Your own transport is recommended.
