Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway on a 40 acre state stocked community fishing lake in Ellis, Kansas. There are 2 docks available for your use. A paddleboat and up to 8 kayaks are available for an additional fee of $20 each per day. There is also a 50-amp RV hookup available for an addition of $50 per day. There is a sewer dump here to. This residence is handicap friendly with a ramp into the residence and one floor. It features a large fenced in back yard and a attached porch. The sunsets are amazing.

AQ house is a old small independent house and renovated in 2023. It located in Hays center, walking distance to FHSU, water park, strip mall, restaurants... And it is simple ，only one master bedroom in total, one living room and one kitchen. And the basement is storage room (the door to the basement is locked). So no need to share except with the person you are traveling with. Parking : one free driveway parking in the front yard (18' Lx9'W ).

This is a private 3 bedroom, sofa bed, 1 bath home all to yourselves, with a spacious yard and a separate fenced in area for your furr babies. The bathroom is set between the two middle bedrooms (Jack-n-Jill style). This is an older home and far from perfect, so it has some quirks and improvements are on the way but it does have all the creature comforts. A park across the street is super convenient for the kids to go burn off some energy.
