Eric's home was amazing. Everything we had hoped for and more. It was so clean and comfortable. Everything was labeled and well thought out. It was so close to disneyland we could have walked but it was so easy to get an Uber and get dropped off at a great rate. The hot tub was incredible after a long day of walking. This has been my favorite Airbnb and we will definitely stay again on our next vacation. My only regret was not spending more time relaxing at this home and less at the parks. I can't say enough good things about our stay. Thank you and we hope to be back soon!

Great house! We would definitely stay here again. The amenities were excellent, especially the hot tub and pool table, which we really enjoyed. The beds were very comfortable in all of the rooms! The host was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay.

Ashton’s place is a real gem. It’s spacious, warm & inviting. We loved the Old Los Angeles Spanish architecture, the many comfortable rooms for sitting and looking out at the Los Feliz neighborhood skyline, and the uncluttered choice of decor. We thought the decor had a great attention to detail, making an already spacious home feel even bigger. We were just a group of 3, but we could imagine that even bigger groups would have lots of different areas to hang out in. Our daughter spent most of the 7 days in the pool, surrounded by lush tropical palms, hibiscus, and views of the nearby 1926 Shakespeare Bridge. The outdoor dining area & the fire pit seating areas were a nightly ritual for us. The bedrooms were huge, with very comfortable beds, and the 2 upstairs ones had balconies. Bonus! This was a house we could have easily stayed at for a month! Ashton was a pleasure to communicate with, making our arrival flawless. He was friendly, prompt to reply, and helpful. Highly recommend!

My family of 6 stayed for a quick vacation for a family event at the Beverly Hills hotel. This Airbnb was perfect and centrally located. We went shopping one day at The Grove, which is always a fun time. It was fun taking morning walks and looking at all the beautiful homes. There’s a cute French bakery within walking distance from the house named La Provence Patisserie & Cafe. It has a huge variety from full breakfast and lunch plus yummy bakery items. Deborah was very responsive during our stay.

Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia en la casa de Kylie. Todo estaba como en las fotos. Todo muy limpio. Instrucciones muy claras para la entrada y salida. La alberca no tiene calefacción así que no pudimos usarla porque los días estuvieron fríos. Todo funciona sin problema y la distribución de la casa es muy funcional para un viaje en familia.

Carmen was extremely wonderful and responsive. Lots of nice little touches that were not expected. Highly recommend

Kim's house was a special treat. I've never had the pleasure of staying in a house that was kept and maintained so close to its original condition. In the case of her home, I felt like I was able to stay in a Spanish casita in the 1930s. It's clear it has the original wooden floors, ceilings, stucco, etc. Too nice for me and my kids to stay in, but Kim let us when we were displaced by the Eaton fire. Wonderful bed linens! Great neighborhood with a park and playground nearby. Thank you Kim!

Brandon's place was very nice. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The bed is firm -- about an 8 out of 10. I personally love a firm bed and found it to be very comfortable. Another thing to note is that the area is very noisy and dangerous with mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. I was followed by two sketchy individuals on Friday morning at 7 a.m. into the CVS as they attempted to box me in and trap me in an aisle. Luckily I have street smarts and am very aware of my surroundings and was able to escape, others might not have been so lucky. Note I am a 6 foot tall muscular male, usually not someone's first target. Also note, CA has effectively criminalized self-defense much like NY has, so fleeing is your only option. None of this is Brandon's fault, of course. Just pointing it out for those not aware of the area. Overall a great stay if one stays inside the bldg and runs out to jump into an Uber.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, anfangs bisschen schwierig zu finden aber wahrscheinlich lag dies an mir. Der Herr in der Lobby war super freundlich ebenso wie die Gastgeber sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was wir gebraucht haben zu dem war die Aussicht, bei Sonnenuntergang wunderschön. Mann konnte auch das Telefon mit dem Fernseh verbinden und seine eigenen Serien schauen. Leider hat Los Angeles selber uns nicht so beeindruckt vor allem Down Town war ziemlich runtergekommen und viele Obdachlose, vielleicht für andere normaler als für uns aus der Schweiz. Jedoch ist Beverly Hills etc mit dem Fahrzeug von der Wohnung schnell erreichbar. Einfach toll Danke euch für die Gastfreundschaft.

We really loved Ali's place! The space was beautiful and spacious! Me and hubby came out to celebrate our anniversary and we wanted something unforgettable and this place delivered and exceeded our expectations! The apartment is right above some amazing bars and a little cute convenience store! It's walking distance to a lot of different fun bars, shopping and galleries. We were able to walk to the fashion district and shop/eat. Thank you Ali for everything! I will definitely be staying again!

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, kürzlich in der in Los Angeles zu übernachten, und ich kann nur Positives berichten! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war tadellos sauber und ordentlich. Es war offensichtlich, dass sehr viel Wert auf Hygiene gelegt wird. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Ich hatte ein geräumiges Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem modernen Badezimmer. Besonders gefallen hat mir der große Fernseher und das kostenlose WLAN, was dazu beigetragen hat, dass ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Für die Qualität, die ich erhalten habe, war der Preis mehr als fair. Die Zimmerpreise sind angesichts der Lage und der gebotenen Annehmlichkeiten sehr wettbewerbsfähig. Zusammenfassend kann ich Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Los Angeles besuchen möchte. Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

Christian’s apt was the perfect location during my family’s stay in LA. The place was spacious and comfortable and the location was near lots of great restaurants and places to visit. Access to a free parking garage was also very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

A truly flawless stay. So clean I could have been the first guest. Chic modern design. Cozy bed. Excellent communication throughout. The building was safe and secure in a neighborhood that is sometimes off-putting, but this block was the nicest of downtown and easy to walk to many restaurants and bars.

This apartment was immaculate. Everything looked exactly like the pictures, and the covered off-street parking made getting in and out a breeze. We felt safe and secluded the entire time we were at the apartment. The location is close to Pasadena and Santa Anita, but is a bit of a haul from many of the tourist destinations in West LA. That said, the easy access to I-10 makes getting around easy, and if you are looking to stay in Northeast LA you could not ask for a better location. Cheng-Yin is a real pro. She was exceptionally communicative and made a better host than many 5-star hotel concierges. The house rules were provided well in advance in easy-to-read instructions. She had produced a booklet that included a tutorial for everything in the apartment, an overview of the complex and recommendations for local restaurants. The Ramen restaurant she recommended changed my life. She even left travel-size toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathrooms in case you forgot yours.

Absolutely an amazing stay wish I booked more nights, very clean, comfortable beds and very quiet. Feels like you’re in your own mini private island.

We loved staying at this wonderful guest house! After driving all over LA it was great to come back to a quiet, beautiful backyard and cottage. Super nice neighborhood, short drive to Ventura Blvd. / Sherman Oaks /Studio City and fantastic hosts!

The host wanted to meet at check-in as long as we weren't too late. Our plane into LA was repeatedly delayed and the host remained flexible as I updated her on our changing arrival time. Check-in was helpful because the driveway is accessed by an electric gate and we learned how it operates and where remote was located. The unit is part of a large house with access to a very nice garden. We did see the hosts in the backyard occasionally as well as their dogs but we didn't lack for privacy. The unit was really large. With an open floor plan it could be a challenge for people in a large group to find a place to themselves. The upstairs has one bedroom and then a bed and pull out couch in a common area. The bedroom is private but you walk through the loft area to access the bathroom. Both bathrooms are large and nicely finished. The hosts checked in several times via message while we were there. Easy to walk to grocery and restaurants and easy access from LAX.

This place is an amazing respite from a big city, in a big city. I couldn't believe how quiet it was at night, and even during the day. My family loved the backyard even though the weather didn't always cooperate: we used the hot tub every day but didn't bother with the pool (except as a cold plunge!) We'd stay here again. The only downside is there aren't a lot of restaurants within walking distance, but it was fun to walk around the neighborhood and look at all the gardens and houses and "don't poop here" signs for dogs. :)

What an incredible stay! We wondered if all the glowing reviews could be true — but from our first message with David to stepping through the door, everything was perfect. The bungalow had everything we needed, and the thoughtful touches made it effortless to relax and enjoy. We loved David’s recommendations (all fantastic!) and the daily jacuzzi was a dream. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the whole place had a peaceful, calming vibe that made it easy to switch off and recharge. This is a true hidden gem — we’re already planning our return! David’s helpfulness and quick responses made the experience even better. Thank you, David, for making everything so easy and welcoming!

this is a lovely, spacious well stocked and supplied home that is well located if you are visiting Pasadena or Los Angeles. lots to do at the house and well located to get to other places in the area.
