We will be back! Their place was unbeatable. Guy communicated early to ensure we would arrive safely, met us in the driveway and gave us the full tour. We indulged in the hot tub, sauna, lanai, and incredible and secluded swimming hole with a very cool waterfall to jump off. The full kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals before our big adventures on the island. 6 stars!

The place is really nice, oceanfront with great views! The unit was very clean and had all amenities included, I absolutely recommend this home!

La ubicación es excelente puedes caminar a las mejores playas de Kona, no cuenta con estacionamiento pero no es problema ya que puedes estacionarte afuera, el lugar es poco ruidoso para alguien con sueño ligero - tiene todo lo que necesitas para un viaje en pareja, el area común es increíble y cómoda.

This spotless condo was exactly as pictured - beautifully designed and ideally located near Turtle Bay Resort amenities, food trucks, and famous beaches. The kitchen, beach gear, pool access, and in-unit laundry made this perfect for our family of four. The hosts provided an excellent guidebook, easy check-in, and quick responses. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend!

Everything about the condo was perfect. The interior was very well laid out ,convenient, and comfortable . We loved sitting on the back deck looking out at the mountains and greenery. It was fun watching the cardinal and red headed cardinals on the railing.

Ryan was an above-and-beyond outstanding host. Great place, well-stocked and clean, and sweet location. Very private feeling on the lanai surrounded by gardens. Comfortable beds and great to have different A/C zones (upstairs, downstairs bed, and downstairs common area) for the whole family. Ryan was super responsive, friendly, and welcoming. We would stay for a family vacation any time. Thanks Ryan!

This place is so very close to the ocean. Very secluded in a beautiful way. The bed was so comfortable! I slept really well. Joe was really responsive to us and answered all my questions. The loft has everything you need. 🩵

It was a great place to stay for our large party: we had 7 people on a family vacation, so we knew space and privacy would be limited, and this was a great reasonably priced option. The description was accurate-it was clean, stocked with all kinds of things we needed (beach stuff, kitchen stuff), was walking distance to beach and shops (including a couple of great ice cream spots), and the complex had nice public facilities (pool, gathering area with outdoor grills, grounds). The management team was kind and responsive, and we’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

I had an amazing stay here! The location is absolutely perfect — just a short, easy walk to the Kona Pier, which made exploring the waterfront and downtown area so convenient. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, and I loved being able to stroll to shops, restaurants, and the ocean any time of day. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication was smooth and check-in was a breeze. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Kona!
