Cette grange, vieille de centaines d’années, nous en connaissons la moindre pierre ! Nous espérons que vous ressentirez cette énergie durant votre séjour . Le Limousin et ses environs (Saint-Junien, Oradour sur Glane, le parc Périgord Limousin.) devraient ravir les familles autour du bien-vivre à la campagne.

Set in 3 acres of grounds, this stunning property is in a peaceful location yet just a few minutes' walk to the amenities of historical Le Dorat. French doors from the spacious open-plan living area lead to a private garden with dining pavilion & bbq overlooking the beautiful 10x5m in-ground pool (May-Sep). Upstairs both bedrooms benefit from their own en-suite shower rooms. The pretty gardens are home to numerous fruit and nut trees, and shared by the owners resident donkeys, chickens & cats

A renovated long house walking distance to the village of Chabanais with locals bars, restaurants, bakeries, butchers and scenic river. Lake Beach 10 minute drive or 20 minute bike ride which has boat hire swimming areas for children and adults, play areas and a couple of bars and restaurants or take your own picnic as plenty of tables. Limoges airport 30 minutes away. Golf International de la Prèze is 25 minutes drive. Plenty of chateaus to visit a must is Rochechouart only 10 minutes away.

Le grand jardin, son trampoline enterré, sa piscine auto-portée et sa cabane n'attendent que les rires des petits et des grands. Barbecue, transats et jeux sont mis à disposition gracieusement. La première chambre est dotée d'un grand lit pour 2 personnes et la seconde de 2 lits pour 1 personne. Un espace extérieur avec un barbecue à disposition vient agrémenter ce lieu chargé d'histoire. Ancien stock à grains, cette demeure a été transformée en habitation dans les années 1940.
