An incredible beach house situated close to all the shops and quick beach access. The place was spacious and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

This is a great location on the canal front with a view straight down the waterway facing north.The property has its own water access boat/jet ski launching ramp and pontoon which is really convenient. The pool ,spa and deck areas get plenty of sun and great views. The house was very tidy and larger than expected with plenty of areas for privacy if anyone needed that. The kitchen is equipped with all thats expected in a home to cook for a family group and theres a second fridge and kitchenette to use which is helpful. We would come back again for sure.

Wonderful spot with an amazing view. Lots for the kids to do, Flint was a hit, as was the fire pit, pool, spa and creek. Checked our eel trap as we left and caught (and released) an eel, memorable end to a lovely family mini break. Thank you Yana.

Amy’s house is stunning, the photos don’t do it justice, a really luxurious stay. It is less than a minutes walk on the beach, and the outside shower is a real bonus when coming back sandy, great design!location wise as well as being practically on the beach, all the town cafes and blackies are easily walkable. Outside space is amazing - pool, bar and hot tub, sofa seating all around the house in both sun and shade, and great dining space inside and out. All bedrooms had comfy mattresses and bedding, clean spacious bathrooms. Generous office Desk space and WiFi was strong. Useful to be able to put our bikes in the garage for safety. Amy was responsive and proactive at making sure we had everything we needed for a lovely holiday. Finally, must mention the whole home smells like a luxury resort, together with all the tropical planting outside it was like a holiday somewhere exotic!

We had a wonderful stay at this super cute and stylish Bach! It was comfy, clean, and really well equipped — we especially loved the great selection of books and games, the pizza maker, and access to the spa pool. The location was perfect too. Highly recommend!

Great host and a great property, very quiet and relaxing right on the golf course. Access to the pool and gym was great following the event we took part in. Hoping to visit again next year.

Penryn's cottage was perfect for our overnight stay. The kitchen was well appointed and tea coffee and pantry basics were generously supplied, beds comfy, shower was great. There was good heating for the chilly night with both a heat pump and a freestanding oil heater. There were plenty of towels and extra bedding if needed. The cottage itself is charming and quirky and set in a pretty garden.

Very friendly and helpful host, place was in lovely condition and well cared for. Kids LOVED the trampoline! Overall a really wonderful stay, thank you.

It was great. It was the perfect place, even when the weather turned out to be rainy, it still provided a great outdoor area away from the elements!

We booked Lisa’s place for Beach Hop 2025 and we were delighted with the position and the state of the house. Lisa’s communication was awesome (super quick) and nothing was a problem. The house has everything you could possibly want for a week or a long weekend and the layout means there is always somewhere that’s out of the wind or in the sun. It has a great indoor/outdoor flow with tons of deck/entertainment space. The bedrooms are all a good size and we all found the beds comfortable and fresh. We’d definitely book again - it was perfect for us and our extended family of adult kids.

We had a great stay at the Blue Bach. The house was clean and well maintained, which made us feel right at home. Anne was easy to communicate with . We loved the location over looking the reserve, with shops and restaurants a short walk away. Plus it’s an easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home. Stunning location. Ian's home was clean, spacious, clutter free, and so comfortable to live in for a few days. Whiritoa is very small -the main highlights for us were the beach (5 mins walk), hikes, and local general store (10 mins walk). The beach was only safe to swim at on the weekends when the life guards were on duty (due to the big waves), but there is a lagoon at the north end of the beach that is calm and beautiful -tree swings, rock pools, etc. The house was easy to find, had ample and very comfortable seating for our family of 5 both indoors and out. The design and decor are thoughtful. Best espresso machine we've come across in an Airbnb! Beds were very comfortable. Windows and sliding glass doors on all sides to let the light and breeze in. Water pressure was amazing. Thank you to Ian for his very responsive communication and for accommodating a late check out! Highly recommend.

Spectacular home with views of water and mountains. Convenient to lovely beaches and shops and restaurants. Seamless check in, crib and chair provided for the baby, peaceful and comfortable stay. Truly a stand-out accommodation. Would definitely return, if we have the privilege to return to NZ.

We had a great stay at the Blue House. Walking distance to the beach and estuary and an easy bike ride if we wanted to explore further to the wharf or skate park for the kids. The house had all we needed to make our own meals and the elevation was nice to get a view to the hills. Also grateful our dog could come on holiday with us.

We enjoyed our stay at Karen’s a lot! Located in a quiet part of Waihi, t’s a spacious and well equipped place with a large garden area - it even has a BBQ you can use. We also liked the neighborhood chicken that likes hanging around on the patio!

Jack’s house was great for a family and so close to town. He was responsive and helpful when we needed anything with a last minute booking. Plenty of kitchen supplies for a large group and matches the number of beds. We had a 12 month old with us which was something to consider as there are two floors in the home and several levels of outdoor decking, but were able to put up a gate and made it work really well for us. we really enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

My family and I stayed at the Tui House for a few days surrounding my wedding and it was perfect for our group of 9. Charlotte was flexible with check-in and check-out times which allowed us to settle in and make our stay feel extra long. There were also little treats left for us in the fridge! :)

This place was exactly as described and pictured. We walked into town for meals, although the house was stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. we also walked to the beach several times. The house was clean and very spacious.

Rob was a great host, super quick responses and opened the house to us earlier when their was no guests before us. House is very spacious and homey. Kid friendly and the beach right across the road. We will always look for robs place first when we come back to Waihi beach!
