LITTLE PARK ANNEXE is in a rural location on a quiet country lane in Abbotts Ann village. Built in Jan 2025, Little Park Annexe provides brand new, ground floor, self catering accommodation within the grounds of owners home. All finished to a high standard with countryside views. Extensive landscaping project on owners garden / driveway recently completed. Free parking available. Adjoining barn providing large seating area / big screen viewing is available for hire by separate negotiation.

A first floor annexe with separate and secure access through the backdoor of the main house via a separate internal staircase. The annex was built in 2019 and in excellent condition. The accommodation comprises a bedroom with kingsize bed, spacious living area with integrated kitchen and separate bathroom with bath and shower. The annex overlooks the garden and private drive in a beautiful and peaceful hamlet in the Hampshire countryside conveniently located a ten minute drive from Andover.

Little Ashbrook is a newly renovated annex adjacent to our main home, on the edge of the pretty Hampshire village of Abbotts Ann. Just 5 minutes walk to 2 village pubs and an excellent award-winning, well stocked village shop and post office. Conveniently located to explore Iron Age forts, Stonehenge, Avebury, the bustling market town of Stockbridge, the Cathedral cities of Winchester and Salisbury, the New Forest and the South Coast. London Waterloo is an hour by train. A perfect escape!

The Hayloft, a spacious and charming period barn

The Hayloft is a stunning, converted early 19th century barn with old wooden beams and period charm. It sits in the pretty village of Hurstbourne Tarrant in the heart of the Test Valley surrounded by beautiful countryside providing walks on the famous Test Way. There are some great local pubs close by. Stonehenge, Highclere Castle and the Bombay Sapphire Distillery are all near, as well as the quaint market towns of Stockbridge and Hungerford and the ancient cathedral city of Winchester.

Gorgeous Hampshire coach house with hot tub and gym. Only 15 minutes from the A303 and Andover train station, in a quiet village with an excellent pub five minutes walk. Visit Stockbridge, Malborough, Highclere Castle,Stonehenge to name a few! The house is very spacious with two bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and shower, separate downstairs loo. In the winter it is super cosy with a log burner or enjoy a bbq in the summer months. Fresh eggs from our chickens will greet you upon arrival!

Open plan living links the cosy living room, complete with TV & WiFi to a kitchen and shower room, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. The first floor comprises of a mezzanine bedroom with a comfortable double bed and view onto the garden. Outside you will find a secluded garden and private parking space.

We live in one of the best villages in the Test Valley. Amport has a great pub and village green with playpark, church, riding stables, beautiful countryside walks all within walking distance from our home. The Hawk Conservancy, Lains shooting school and Thruxton racecourse are 5 minutes away. Stockbridge with all it's shops, galleries, restaurants is a 20 minute drive. Winchester, Salisbury, Stonehenge are all within a 30 minute drive for you to explore…or just relax at the house.

Peaceful private annexe with far-reaching views

The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.

The Old Stables, Derrydown Farm

A spacious cottage - two bedroom, three bathroom - converted from old stables - part of a 15th century traditional Hampshire farmstead in a tranquil edge-of-village setting in the iconic Bourne Valley. Two local pubs and village shop plus historic 12th century church within a 10 minute walk along flat footpaths. One guest described St Mary Bourne as a "Miss Marple village". Anyway it's perfect for a get-away-from-it-all weekend or midweek break.

This stunning country cottage is located in the heart of the Test Valley with its own patio and garden looking out to the fields behind. It is nestled in a lovely rural setting, with beautiful walks from the house, pubs and village amenities within walking distance. The cottage has luxury fittings, a wood burner and provides a haven for couples whatever age to getaway in an idyllic part of rural England. We are happy to host one well behaved pet.

A tranquil, secluded two bedroom apartment with its own access and parking that can accommodate up to seven people. You are situated in the grounds of a large country house with a tennis court. Our home is situated on the edge of a quintessentially English village within easy walking distance of a cosy pub, village green and a 13th century church. You will feel immersed in English Heritage from the moment you arrive...just fabulous!
