Highly recommend this absolutely beautiful place, one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at . So beautifully designed . It’s also in a perfect location to discover Rye . Peaceful and yet in the centre of town . We didn’t want to leave !

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

Amazing location just behind a sand dune off amber beach. Perfect place to stay with kids, lots of games and activities if it’s raining and the beach for when it’s not! Great and clean facilities - everything you could need for an escape to the seaside!

Beautiful house that looks like the pictures. Peaceful area - we all slept really well in comfortable beds and thanks to black-out blinds. Cosy living room with fireplace, and everything you need in the kitchen. There's a bus stop nearby (but worth having a car). A very short walk to the beach and small supermarket too! We used the garden furniture for lunch one day.

We had another lovely stay at Vinca's place. It is in a great location to explore the rest of Dungeness from or stay in, relax and watch the birds, rabbits and foxes outside.

We have just returned from a lovely stay in Shinglebay 12. It is a beautiful caravan, clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need from a holiday home. The location is perfect, right on the beach and close to lots of fab days out. We came with 3 children 2, 7 and 14 and they all had a great time and already asking when we can come back! Our family had a wonderful few days at the gorgeous Oast House property. Stunning setting with views across the fields. Local walks were great and maps available, along with local attractions all close by. Heather prepared an amazing meal for us which was well worth the money and the property had everything we needed for a peaceful and enjoyable few days away from the big smoke. The guest book in the property says it all about what a fantastic place this is. Highly recommend and look forward to returning soon.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Josephine was a thoughtful, communicative host. The property is immaculate, beautifully renovated and well thought out. The garden was a lovely little sun trap in the evenings and also immaculately maintained. It has everything we needed and more, including local walks and recommendations. We loved our stay, very well situated for visiting various local places - Eastbourne, Drusillas, Battle & Hastings. Really peaceful setting, and loads of great places to eat locally.

Lovely accomodation! Although we were only able to stay for a short while, we still had a lovely time. We thoroughly enjoyed the woodland walk (and so did our two chihuahuas). The property was immaculate too. Thank you!

The perfect spot to stay in Camber. The house is in a great location and has everything you need, especially with kids. Very responsive and helpful host. I would highly recommend.

Diana’s beautiful countryside cottage is nestled into the East Sussex countryside, providing a quiet and remote getaway, but within easy drive of shops and several lovely Sussex towns and villages. Beautiful walks in the area.. in the winter bring your waterproof boots and enjoy!! Great for a stay with family or friends, lots of lovely spaces in the house ( the photos don’t do it justice). We stayed between Christmas and new year, so we appreciated and enjoyed the abundance of coal for our daily evening fires, providing a warm and very cozy atmosphere. Very well equipped kitchen with enough space around the table for 6 or 7 people. All our needs were met. Well worth a stay, I would highly recommend this place and we will surely return! Gill

For my first holiday away with my 2 beautiful children I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better stay. The cottage is beautiful, the gardens and surrounding grounds are stunning, simply a lovely place to be. We spent a lot of time in the cottage and use if the new fire pit in the evenings as it was so peaceful and relaxing. 2 main attractions for us were Pooh Corner with Ashdown Forrest for all your Winnie the Pooh adventures, and Hever Castle which is a lovely day out. Tennis courts and a lovely pool to boot ❤️❤️❤️ Caroline left some beautiful touches, some Easter treats for my children and a host of food and fresh juice, lovely 😍❤️

The property was beautifully presented with everything we needed for a couple of nights stay. It was easy to park outside, a short drive to Rye and a lovely walk to the nature reserve. The tiny outdoor space was a nice sun-trap for a coffee. Bring a pair of slippers for the bathroom and kitchen floor. It was great base for exploring Camber Sands and Rye.

Henrietta’s cottage is definitely a hidden gem. We spent a weekend in this unique cottage and everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful scenery. You wake up to the bids chirping, and the whole place is so peaceful. We spent our days just chilling under the trees, lakeside and it was the best place to forget the big city. The cottage was clean, the bed comfy. We visited the castle gardens nearby and also walked to the next village, where is a lovely pub, The Milk House. We had a wonderful weekend with beautiful weather.
