There are plenty of footpaths and local walks on its door step, even our local pub – The Swan Inn, is within a 30 minute walk. Well-behaved pets welcome

Set in private grounds of 10.5 acres & shared only with the on-site owners, this Log Cabin overlooks the lower lake Bedroom 1 features a huge Emperor Size double bed (7ft x 7ft), with duck down Egyptian cotton pillows and duvet. Double doors open to a balcony overlooking the lake Bedroom 2 - 2 Single Hypnos medium mattresses or 1 x Super King bed Includes two further fold out beds best suited for children. The pretty courtyard garden is a real suntrap, perfect for relaxing in after a day out. The flat is in a quiet residential area with free parking. The seafront is just a 15 minute walk away and St Leonard's offers a wide range of independent shops, cafe's and restaurants as well as The Kino cinema. Hastings pier and Old Town are all within walking distance.

A spacious home for a romantic getaway or a weekend adventure exploring the local beaches, walks & golf clubs The Barn is equipped with a hot tub, outdoor cinema screen, Ooni pizza oven, firepit/BBQ. We have a driveway which has space for two cars directly outside. *Please note our place is NOT suitable for children.

Pebbles is a place to relax and unwind, situated in a private annexe at our home in Pett Level. You’ll be only five minutes walk from an amazing beach. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and cliff top walks, 2 local pubs in the village of Pett, 5 minutes car ride or a lovely 1/2 hour walk away over the hills. Pebbles has a lounge overlooking the garden, double bedroom, wet room and a fully fitted kitchen. The garden is secluded and peaceful . The beautiful town of Rye is 5 miles away.

Dark Skies Shepherds Huts - Skylark

Set in the tranquil foothills of the South Downs, Skylark shepherds hut offers you a luxury off grid escape. Located on a beautiful organic arable farm surrounded by nature with stunning views makes for a peaceful, relaxing break. Skylark is ideal for visiting one of the many attractions near by (including Charleston House, Rathfinny Wine Estate, Firle Place and the medieval village of Alfriston), a stopover on the South Downs Way, a weekend of walking or just some time out to relax.

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. Nestled in the High Weald AONB, between the two historic towns of Tenterden and Rye is our shepherd's hut "Gordon's View". Located on a quiet working farm our hut has beautiful uninterrupted countryside views and is situated in it's own field with peaceful surroundings that make it feel very private. The large patio doors opening onto the outside seating area, the wood burner and the underfloor heating all make for a comfortable stay at any time of the year!

It is the ideal place to turn off that phone and unwind with your glass of your favourite tipple in the woodfired hot tub underneath the big starry sky.
