A superb apartment. Beautifully decorated and furnished, very comfortable, warm and spacious. Excellent modern kitchen with everything you need to cook in. Lovely garden too! A short walk to the prom. Sandra is an excellent and very helpful host, even providing earplugs in case you need them for the early morning road noise which might disturb light sleepers. We'd never been to Bexhill before so Sandra's apartment was a real find and made for a lovely few days on the Sussex coast.

we had a lovely stay in this apartment in seaford, great location can easily get the train to brighton and can walk the seven sisters hike :) lots of space, very clean, would definitely come back!

The place was exactly as described and looked like the photos. It is very conveniently located near bus routes around the town and very near the train station. The area is peaceful but near lots of attractions. Simon is very responsive and shared lots of useful information about the place and local recommendations. A great place to stay if you want a homebase whilst you are out all day - good value for money.

A lovely, well kept and spacious apartment, ideal for a long weekend. Peaceful and cosy for winter breaks, with outside space for summer too. With quality towels, toiletries and bedding for extra comfort. Perfectly located, just a short walk from St Leonard's Warrior Square train station, close to the cafes and vintage stores on Norman Road and King's Road - and just a few minutes down to the Hastings seafront. Very handy to be able to store our bags securely in the ground floor storage space between check out and our train departure too.

We had a fabulous stay at Katie's lovely property. Such a warm and welcoming accomodation. Spacious, comfortable and beautifully appointed with lovely 'B/bee' touches. We would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

The Airbnb was amazing probably the best airbnb we have stayed at and we have stayed at many ! From the moment we stepped out of the car and walked down into the garden saw the amazing view ,then the accommodation, we knew we had found a special place . It was clean, bright and so peaceful inside , there is nothing to want for ! The welcome hamper was lovely and very thoughtful ! Carla and her husband are lovely, nothing is too much trouble for them , they are there if you need them otherwise it’s your to enjoy ! Would definitely book again if it is available If I could give it more than a 5 I would !

Another wonderful stay at The Lookout! I couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, private and expansive environment - it truly felt meant to be. Sam and Andy were such thoughtful hosts, making everything feel easy and welcoming from start to finish. I won’t forget this little chapter :)

Really relaxing couple of days in lovely surroundings (both inside and out). Everything we needed on the doorstep and then back to a beautiful apartment with all the home comforts you could ask for. Wish we could've stayed longer

Excellent host from start to finish. It really felt like Paul cares about his property and cares about his guests. The little touches of amazing fresh bread, milk, coffee, fruit etc were really kind and very much appreciated. I’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the apartment. Also the proximity to the restaurants and bars is perfect - not to near to hear the noise but only just a few minutes walk away….. and there are some really great restaurants and bars in the area. Thanks for a great stay.

Wir sind auf einer Rundreise durch Cornwall und Hastings war unser erstes Ziel. Die Lage ist ok, die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

We spent a lovely weekend staying at Kats apartment. It was well kitted out with lots of nice little touches like blankets and other items for the beach. I would highly recommend it for anyone staying in the area.

Just got home from a great stay at The Manhattan Apartment. The apartment is really spacious and well laid out. We loved the interiors and were so grateful that every day essentials were provided in situ such as soap and dishwasher tablets. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked dinner most nights which was great for us as we have young kids. The apartment is in a great location close to the train station and water front. We visited St Leonard’s and Hastings Old Town on foot and were so glad we were in the middle. It’s mentioned in the description that there can be some noise due to location and we experienced this on our first night but it didn’t go on too late and didn’t bother us at all. Good that we were pre warned though! Lorna was very helpful answering pre arrival questions and the arrival instructions were clear and easy to follow. We would definitely recommend her apartment as the perfect base for a break in Hastings!

A fantastic apartment in a great location - beautifully and stylishly decorated, immaculately clean and with everything you could need, and some great mod cons like Bluetooth connection to a speaker system. Fabulous balcony with sea view, very quiet and lovely walks from the door - we walked along the cliffs through Fairlight to Hastings - about 3 hours - and got a taxi back. Warren was really kind and helpful, even arranging for some fizz to be put in the fridge for our arrival (it was my friend’s 60th birthday). Great place - highly recommended.

We went with my family - two kids and our dog - and we loved it! A clean and welcoming flat, beautifully located in Willingdon next to the lovely Red Lion pub (nice food and garden). 10’ ride from the centre of Eastbourne. Jon was very friendly and responsive! I recommend it for a nice family long weekend escape from the Lindon hustle and bustle!

Absolutely lovely location and people!! I loved the personal touches Isabelle had added to make everything feel nice and homey. Incredibly thoughtful hosts and a restorative, relaxing stay. Recommend highly!!!

Beautiful stay in Hastings. The apartment was so quaint, with a lovely balcony which is such a sun trap and great for a little morning yoga. Breakfast was such a bonus too. Thank you PollyAnna :)

Had a lovely short stay at Rachel’s apartment. Everything was as described and looked exactly like the pictures. Little nice touches such as Easter eggs for my daughter and milk in the fridge was greatly appreciated. The flat is a short walk from the Sevenoaks town centre, which is very convenient. The area is quiet, green and leafy and perfect for exploring the surrounding region. I recommend!

Nice little apartment, walking distance to everywhere we needed to get to in Eastbourne. Had a minor issue when we first arrived which was quickly dealt with and went above and beyond to help. Very much appreciated.

I rented this flat for family, and they reported very positively. The flat had everything they needed, and was spotlessly clean. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and it was well equipped. Altogether a positive experience, I had a couple of queries beforehand, and Julian was helpful and quick to reply, and my family may well ask to stay again. Thank you very much.

We had a lovely relaxing stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The only issue I had was the strange noise the shower made, the first time I used it I wondered what was going on, also as the noise calmed the water got cooler and one side if the shower door came off it's runner. It didn't impact my stay and is easily fixed.
