Great place to stay. Very homey, felt very comfortable. Loved all the decor, beds were very comfortable. Very clean & lots of extras that are not usually included at some other places. I would gladly stay again. Karin responded to any questions promptly. Only thing that I would suggest is the shower, kind of complicated.. Thanks again Karin!

With a busy grad weekend for daughter at MSU the place was close to her events, price great especially while everyone else raised during high peak weekend, and William was super responsive.

The place was exactly as described. Very clean and quiet. Easy check-in and check-out. Spacious accommodations. Had a question, and host responded within minutes.

We were in town for the Izzo race and Barbara's place worked well for our overnight stay. The beds were so comfortable! Super close to MSU which was a plus. Also appreciated the excellent communication with Barbara.

We had a SPLENDID stay at Li’s! We were there for graduation weekend and it was the PERFECT space for us! Close to campus, PRISTINE, and had all the amenities we needed for the weekend! Li’s communication was EXCELLENT! Clear instructions that made everything so simple, and smooth upon arrival. The communication continued throughout our stay, making sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay. Li was easy to reach and SUPER quick with responding! We hope to stay again next year for our son’s graduation, once we know the dates!! The space is just LOVELY and so nicely decorated. It had everything we needed for the weekend! Aura’s loft is beautifully decorated with so many thoughtful amenities. We loved being surrounded by so many happy houseplants, particularly in February.

I had a wonderful, peaceful stay here — it was exactly what I was hoping for: private, calm, and incredibly relaxing. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and the location is perfect if you’re planning day trips — just a short walk to the Amtrak station and only two stops from Detroit. Everything about the space was as advertised, clean, and thoughtfully put together. My train up was delayed and check-in was no problem — the host was very responsive and easily accommodated the last-minute change. The only small thing to note is the bathroom setup: the toilet is pictured accurately, but because of the layout, you have to sit a bit sideways to use it. It’s not something you really notice until you’re standing there in person. Not a dealbreaker at all, just something to be aware of. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would absolutely stay here again!

They had great activities that we could join in with the other residents, every person on staff was super-nice, personable, and responsive. The security of the place was amazing! We had our own view of the doors from our room, and the ability to get in and out was also great. The balcony was an added bonus, and we spent the majority of our time when we were there, out on the balcony enjoying the view! Everything about Vicinia was amazing! They have a bar on premises (that closed at 7pm), but we were able to enjoy the festivities with the other residents. Everything there was clean and sanitized. They offered a breakfast until 9:30am, and coffee all day. There are so many great offerings from this AirBnB that we will absolutely return! Thank you for a wonderful experience and we will recommend Vicinia to anyone who will listen!

Good looking appartment. Everything is big enough (fridge, storage, rooms). Next to the suburbs, we enjoyed walking there. Host was accommodating and tried to its best that all runs smoothly and we have a good time there.

everything was as stated and pics were exactly as it appeared. Before finalizing booking... they were sure to tell me all about the unit and it was older and that way I knew what to expect when I got there. for what we were looking for it was great. thank you so much

My partner and I stayed here when visiting family in Ann Arbor, and this place was a gem! The apartment is spacious, close to nearby markets and necessities, and walkable to Kerrytown and Main Street. The Water Hill neighborhood is cute and good for a stroll, and it's close to the West Park playground for families with children. We'd happily stay here again, thank you for having us!

We stayed for local MX racing and needed last minute booking and an estimated distance from the track. It was their Halloween weekend that weekend so trick or treating and busy time around there. Wes responded quickly and had the place free for my kiddos and myself. We were able to throw dinner in a crock pot and eat once home before getting ready for trick or treat fun! The place was so nice and so at home. Very up to date, lots of games and sooo many books! The place was very, very clean and then care of. Cats and dogs meet you at the driveway and deer in the cornfields next door. Such a beautiful view to wake up to.

Great location for football games! Super clean, well-cared for space. Easy to get to, and a nice 10-15 minute walk to downtown restaurants or campus. There’s 7-11 a block away if you forgot anything. Unlike most Airbnbs, football fans can watch cable TV to see pregame shows and other football games before and after the game. There’s no table to share a meal or play games but we made due sitting in chairs, and “tailgated” on the front porch using the house’s folding chairs and porch swing. Lovely hostess treats upon arrival! Host is very responsive and friendly! Great stay!

The space was spot on in terms of what we were seeking in location and style. The unit was exactly like the photos and a great space filled with character and cool finishes such as beautiful original hardwood floors, spacious rooms, and modern furnishings. Very quiet at night and great location in proximity to coffee shops, restaurants and things to do. We would recommend it and stay here again without question. Appreciate Brian's helpful instructions and outreach throughout the process.

We visited Lansing from Orlando for a funeral, to make sure my friend and her son was comfortable, we researched the Airbnb site and came across the two coaches on the listing, it looked as it stated "cozy". We took a chance because pictures aren't always what they seemed, and was happy to see when we arrived that it was exactly how the site depicted. Not only was it cozy, our flight was cancelled on the day of check out. We called soon as we learned when the flight was booked two days later and Brandi help us rebook the same cozy spot for two more days. This was definitely an experience our family would do again, and look forward to renting with you again. Thank you for giving us a cozy shelter and making this an experience to remember.

This was a great getaway. It was just the right size with beautiful surroundings. Really enjoyed having a hot tub while it was cool outside.

Spent a beautiful Christmas in the balcony suite. Had all the space and amenities of home. We were able to make an entire Christmas dinner as well as get a beautiful view of all the Christmas lights from our windows. Space was just as described and it could not have been more cozy with the winter season. Would happily stay here again any time!

I stayed for a long time on a business trip. The house is private and convenient. There is nothing lacking in living alone. It also has a very good cost-effectiveness. I was very happy to stay at Carmen's house. Carmen is kind and considerate. The only drawback was that the bedroom had strong sunlight, which wasn't a big problem for me. Thank you!

I enjoyed my stay. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. I had a few issues at check-in which were addressed immediately. I will stay again.

We had an experience like none other staying in this beautiful AirBNB. This was our second visit, the first during the Christmas holiday. It was a winter wonderland that was magical and beautiful. We felt like we had been transported to a Christmas in the old country. Phenomenal!! 🥰🎄🦌☃️

My husband and I planned a trip to see Frankenmuth and have a Bavarian Thanksgiving. We didn't want to pay $250 to stay in town so I found this charming little air BNB which was beautifully decorated for Christmas. I was in the mood for Christmas and Frankenmuth is the town for it my husband and I really enjoyed the unique decor in the Shabby chic suite where we stayed two nights. The hardwood floors and chic and rustic decor was super pleasing to the eye. we enjoyed sitting back and relaxing in each room. They also had a retro fridge which was delightful. We went to the Bavarian Inn for Thanksgiving and enjoyed an amazing wine pairing dinner at station 100, best wine of my life. We enjoyed the Christmas decor downtown and it didn't have to end when we got back to our air brb where they really decked the halls. It was like home base for Santa and his reindeer which were displayed in front of the house along with beautiful lights and Christmas trees light up all over. Spectacular!
