Really nice house with plenty of room! We made such great memories with our 3 & 6 yr old grandchildren! So many games, toys & books. We had great kickball games in the front yard! Very close to cute walkable downtown with shops, restaurants and ice cream places! Our only downside was the amount of ticks we had to remove from our dog! Pay close attention to the warnings! Had to apply our backup prevention, an all natural cedar spray. Worked like a charm and all returned to normal.

The Penny's House is close to all the beaches, great restaurants and the bike path is accessible via the back of the property which we loved. Her house is beautiful and the kitchen was fully stocked with all cookware you needed to make family dinners together. My family was very comfortable with out stay here! Great stay! Place is in a quiet residential area, yet centrally located and easy to get places. Nice yard and hot tub was a plus (clean and good temp). We didn’t have a chance to use the fire pit, but outdoor furniture and sitting area was nice with space for everyone. House was very clean, beds comfortable. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

The place is great if you don't mind having to drive to a beach or to town. It's spacious and clean. And Ruth is a great host. She was very responsive.

Nice private house with lots of bedrooms, a pool and nice grounds. House was very clean. We had a great time with our family. Can walk to a few places in town, but need to get into the car for most. The Dennis beaches were great and just a short drive away. Would recommend this place for families. The house has access to Scargo Lake, which is nice, but it is a bit of a hike down a good-sized hill. Host was nice and responsive to questions.

Came here for my sisters bachelorette. It was amazing . We felt right at home . It was very spacious and clean . Hosts thought of everything . Definitely would come back. The hosts were very responsive and very flexible. Great place to stay. The games and ping pong and air hockey tables were a hit !!

We stayed at this home with a group of five people and the home fit everyone great. The view from the home of the marsh is beautiful and we spent Saturday hanging out on the dock. It is really peaceful and we had an amazing time. Michele was a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating with being flexible for check in and check out times. Thank you again!

What a beautiful place! Melissa and George were great hosts that think of all the details. When Airbnb got started we felt this was the exact vibe they were going for. It was authentic to cape cod culture and made us feel right at home. There is a little history book on the table that is worth the read and they also left us a booklet with current activities. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to others!

We had a really great stay and it was perfect for our group of friends to enjoy a wedding that was nearby. The home is comfortable and perfect for cooking and hanging out. Loved the backyard. The bed (at least the one in the master bedroom) was super comfortable for my bad back. Be sure to bring shampoo etc and you’ll have a wonderful time.

My husband and I were transferred to a project about 30 minutes from Olga’s home. After a very long drive from WV we were pleasantly surprised. Olga’s property was exactly as described. Given we were there for an extended stay it was refreshing to find a fully stocked kitchen with high-end appliances. The master bedroom and ensuite exceeded our expectations: the room was quite large, the mattress was comfy, it offered a build in desk and private patio doors that led to the back yard. My favorite, was the very large soaking/jetted tub after a long cold day. We were overjoyed that not only did she permit dogs, she had a huge fenced in yard do”so even our Ralphie was happy. As if things could get any better we walked to the beach nearly everyday. Did i mention its only 0.2 miles away. PS: Craigsville pizza and Mexican is the bomb!!

We drove up and thought it was going to be a tight fit for 3 adults, 2 teens and dogs, but we were wrong. We walked in and the first thing I notices was how clean and fresh it smelled. It was amazing! The place was spotless, the sofa was comfy, the area was great but the real show stopper....the view. Right on flax pond with gorgeous sunrises and relaxing evenings. My guys fished right from the deck....it was the perfect spot. Meg was amazing to work with as well. No surprises. Meg checked in leading up to the visit and after we left, but made sure we knew she was only a call away if we needed anything during our stay. Thank you Meg!

Our time at the Antone Marshall Home was like staying at our own tucked-away cottage. The surroundings are private, the house was clean and comfortable and had plenty of kitchen equipment to make meals at home. We really enjoyed the natural light coming in from the sky-lights during the morning. Deborah is a wonderful resource about the house and where to go in the surrounding towns. Would stay again.

We loved our weekend at Karen's place! The house was cozy and clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (including treats for our pup)! The yard and deck were nice and private, and the house was conveniently located to many restaurants, shops, and not far from the water. Karen made us feel right at home!

We attended a wedding at the Ocean Edge Resort and we found Paige's home to be convenient to the venue and activities and a great alternative to staying on property. The home was clean and neat and had everything we needed. The weather turned out beautiful so we took full advantage of the outdoor space. I would highly recommend Paige's home to anyone who likes to be close to the beach, restaurants and golf, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful.

Marla's vacation home was very lovely. We liked the pictures of her place, but once we arrived we realized that she had remodeled a number of rooms. Each room was updated, very clean and cozy. Marla has made sure that her place is stocked with all of the large and small conveniences that guests would want in a home away from home. The location and the surroundings are stunning, especially with the Fall foliage. One can tell that Marla takes great pride in her beautiful rental. -Mark & Susan G

This was our family's first visit to the Cape, and the first time that mom had been back in decades. We had a wonderful stay! Mashpee was a great location - there was local access to good beaches and restaurants; but also a great location to access Sandwich and the Canal, Falmouth, Woods Hole and the Islands, all the way to Provincetown and everything in between. And we took advantage of it all over the week we stayed. Ed was a wonderful host! From booking until we checked out, he was very communicative, friendly, and had great information about local attractions and specialties. The property was very comfortable, and big enough for our family to relax and recharge. And our son loved the heated pool! We would definitely rent this or any of Ed's properties again!

The home was pristine, more than what we could have asked for. Shelly was an amazing host, again, more than we could have asked for. You want a gorgeous home, with a stellar host, in the cape, with a private pool, amazing amenities, on a golf course and very close to the beaches, fun spots for kids, and shops, go to this place.

We had a wonderful weekend stay! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and the upstairs apartment was very clean. There is quick access to local beaches and restaurants. We would stay again!

The Condo was clean & comfortable. Having two bedrooms with queen beds was perfect for us, and sharing the 1 bathroom worked fine. The price was better than most other options. It was peaceful, and very quiet during our stay (in early May). Having the pool available would be very nice in summer months.

We loved our stay! The house is super family-friendly, the pool was amazing, and we found the house very cozy. There were plenty of cooking utensils/pots, which made cooking easy and a great grill and fire pit. Communication with Joe was super easy too.

Perfect place to stay on the Cape. The house was clean and adorable, everything you need is there in a small little quiet area. It’s a quiet place in the middle of everything. We mostly ate in the area, and the food was great. We could get to Hyannis in a short drive. We took the Ferry to Martha’s Vineyard . Drove up to Provincetown and had a fun time watching the fisherman bring in their catch at the Chatham fish pier. We saw the seals as the tried to catch the fish that fell in the water. So this place is the perfect place to get away and be in the middle of everything you want on the Cape.
