Rural, rustic, stylish and definitely romantic, this bijou 400 yr old converted granary oozes charm and comfort: Driftwood bed, fully equipped little kitchen, woodburner, rolltop bath with shower attachment (no standing shower cubicle), sofa, dining area, TV, selection of interesting games, includes all linen, towels, welcome goodies. Puffins Nest is situated within the walled garden of the main farmhouse and only 50 yards from the stunning south west coast path. Pubs, restaurants and a variety of shops and galleries within 3 miles. Cliff walk (45mins) to local pub. Paradise for surfers, walkers, cyclists, nature lovers and those enjoying unspoilt wild coastlines and deserted beaches. Nearest bus stop 3 miles (collection/transfer service available). Situated in a tiny hamlet within walking distance (1 mile) of picturesque Clovelly steeped in history this cosy cottage acts as an ideal base for exploring this wonderful scenic and coastal area. This 19th Century cottage has been tastefully renovated to a high standard and keeps it's traditional characteristics - wood burning stove and wooden beamed ceilings etc. The cottage also boasts having had a major uplift to provide you, the guests, with more comfort to relax and to enjoy your stay.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

With its pretty white washed exterior and walled cottage garden the house sits to the side of the historic 13th century St George Church. Putsborough beach a 2 mile stretch of sand is a 1.4 mile drive down a country lane or a 25 minute walk across fields. Croyde village is 1.6 miles drive The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving fine pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

This quaint detached barn is full of character and peace (no WIFI). There is an open plan kitchen/living area with a cosy log burner ( logs available at £7 cash a net) and a slate topped breakfast bar. The property has solid oak flooring throughout except for slate in the bathroom so don’t forget your slippers! The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave and kettle. Ruan Barn is a truly special place that will sleep 4 people (there is a sofa bed in the living area which may be used by one or two extra guest by prior arrangement) . Situated in the tranquil hamlet of Treburgett and surrounded by farmland and countryside yet 15 minutes from the spectacular North Cornwall coastline, with the famous beauty spots of Port Isaac, Polzeath, Rock, Boscastle, Tintagel and Padstow all within easy reach as is Bodmin Moor with superb walks on offer.

The Granary is a cosy cottage for two in a beautiful hamlet that is part of the North Devon AONB. The stunning beach of Welcombe Mouth is within walking distance, starting from the public footpath at the bottom of the garden. Tucked behind Linton farmhouse, overlooking farmland, with distant sea views it is a great place for walking, surfing, mountain biking or just relaxing and watching the magnificent sunsets and amazing starry skies free from any light pollution.
