We have previously stayed at another one of Eddy's properties, so we already had high expectations and they were all definitely met! Everything is exactly as described and lots of amenities available. We like how stocked the kitchen and bathroom is - it's super convenient and helpful to not have to think of those details. few mentions for future stays - we came on an unseasonably cold day and had to turn the heat up (all works perfectly) and benefitted from bringing our slippers/warm socks because the floor is a bit cold. Thoughtfully, there were rubber slides available for use! Also, getting in got a little confusing in the dark - our GPS told us we arrived when we were on the opposite side of the house. So just a heads up to anyone coming in, take a look at the map before driving in the dark :D

Lovely apartment, perfect for a couple. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped. Host was a flight to work with. Would stay here again.

The perfect home away from home in every way. The hosts are excellent and responsive. I noticed a problem with the heating system during my last stay and it was fixed by this trip. Not only that, they added a space heater to make sure guests would be fully covered during these cold days. The commitment to guest comfort is a clear priority. I also appreciated the flexibility with a later check out time.

The location is terrific, easy from the airport and close to many other attractions. The facilities were well taken care of, very clean and stocked with all you could need.

This was a great place to stay. Jeri was a wonderful host - responsive, kind, warm, and friendly. The place was beautiful, and all the amenities made the stay very pleasant. Fresh eggs and cream in the fridge, along with chickens right outside really set this place apart. Wonderful place, wonderful stay, amazing host.

Adorable cottage perfect for us (2 adults and a 16yo) in town for Mx race at Southwick. Immaculately maintained, adorable nice touches abounded….cookie mix ready to go for homemade choc chip cookies 😋. Zero reservation recommending this and will plan on being back at future events. Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Beautiful sunset comes right into the upstairs bedroom and balcony for views. Back deck is right on waters edge. It’s the perfect spot to get away from the noise. Kayaks for the lake were awesome. Definitely going to make this a permanent getaway! Thank you Josh for everything! See you soon!

Mark was a great host and his property was just as we expected. Would stay here again.

We wanted a place to gather with our adult children and 2 very young grandchildren. The layout provided sleep and bathroom space for each family that gave privacy. The open concept living-kitchen space helped us feel like we were together and sharing in the cooking and child care. Even in winter the lake view is peaceful and lovely. Cozy, well equipped, and the lake vibe made this a wonderful family get away. So glad we chose the lake house for our Holiday get together.

The home exceeded our expectations! We had a long drive from (Pennsylvania to Massachusetts) and were able to find the home and make a nice dinner soon after arrival. The beds were comfortable and we slept well, making our next day so much more pleasant. The location is quiet and private, and the home itself is beautiful. I would love to stay there again when we make another journey in the future. Martin was always helpful and available.

Obinna was a lovely host. Quick to respond. The unit was lovely!

Sheryl was great. I was in town for a conference and my schedule got thrown off by traffic on 95. She was very understanding and flexible with making my arrival time work. Once we met to get keys and a quick tour of the place she remained a phone call away but otherwise left us to enjoy the space. The other inhabitants of the place were very laid back and nice - that being said I was so busy with a conference that I was barely around. Not the Ritz but a HUGE savings over staying at any hotel downtown even if it's not right downtown. Splurge on some cabs and you are still saving money.

I had a busy time at a conference and art opening, but Brittany's place was a great place to settle in and be restfully restored for the next day. Very friendly and helpful.

I felt like family staying with Jane and Earl, but they were never intrusive at all. Most hosts are either hands off or in your business, and they were neither, just spot on terrific hosts and people! Would definitely stay again, perfect for 1-2 people and located 10-15 minutes from anywhere in downtown you’d need to go!

The next time I plan to visit Connecticut, I will definitely consider staying here again. The location was fantastic, offering beautiful views of downtown Hartford. It was a peaceful area with friendly neighbors, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful. The only downside I encountered was that when I first walked into the apartment, it had a musty smell in the hallway due to a lack of air fresheners, and the TV remote wasn't working. However, after I reached out to the staff about the issues, I received new batteries and a wall plug from his assistant in less than 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the remote still didn’t work, so I ended up using the Roku remote on my phone. Coming from a real estate background, I’d say the place is a bit overpriced, mainly due to the building’s condition; it feels somewhat rundown. Still, I’d rate it a solid 8.8 out of 10 overall.
