We had an absolutely fantastic stay inside Betty. It was extremely accurately described. We felt at home straight away by the facilities onboard. The view in the morning was fantastic, being woken up by cockerel was a lovely reminder of being in the countryside. The perfect break to wind down and relax. We were lucky with the weather mostly which made it even more magical. The lights around the outside at night was a lovely touch. The bathroom was delightful, with the underfloor heating working at all times. I’m sure we will back to see Betty. Would recommend to everyone.

We missed the turning for the house the first time we went past so make sure you drive slowly around the lanes! Hosts (Lynette and her husband) met us at the house and gave us a tour. They helped us organise the private chef prior to the stay, really recommend Chef Gary, very reasonably priced and good food! House was clean and tidy. Breakfast bits and spare towels for the hot tub were provided. Hot tub turned on prior to us arriving which was really handy. We used the house more as a base as we spent the whole of Saturday out at the New Forest so unfortunately didn't get to make use of the golf or tennis. There are rules/expectations for checking out but this was clearly explained on the listing. There are quite a few rules compared to other airbnbs we've stayed at, but as there is a lot of white, marble, mirrored furniture, this does make sense and the house is super clean. Again this is all in the listing. Really recommend the stay, beautiful house in great location.

We had a great stay over new years. We were two small families and found the space to be ideal. We ate at the local pub twice during our stay which served good quality food. It was a nice break

We had such a lovely long weekend at Clare's place. It's a really beautiful, peaceful spot, perfect for relaxation & the hot tub was fab. Would not hesitate to recommend.... thank you!

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Tracy’s lovely annexe! The annexe is gorgeous and well-appointed, all the little touches were subtly perfect (milk and Prosecco in the fridge, coffee machine ready to go with pods provided, ample cutlery and glassware, scented candles dotted around, lovely products in the bathroom, spotless towels and sheets, very comfortable bed… oh, and everything you need to get going with the log burner already provided). The grounds are lovely and welcoming (with some really friendly dogs living at the main house), and gorgeous fields stretch out in front of the house and hot tub, with forests and streams, connecting to local footpaths and bridleways. The hot tub was fabulous and we enjoyed it both the evenings we were there. We ate at the Half Moon (discovery menu) one evening on Tracy’s recommendation and had one of the best meals of our lives. It’s almost difficult to want to write such a positive review because I’d rather keep such a gem a secret! :)

We loved our stay in the Annex. It was very cozy and the grounds were beautiful with lots to do. We brought our dog with us and he loved the fenced paddock and field across the road. Our daughter loved the kids play area and we also had great fun on the massive trampoline! Runner ducks and peacocks in the garden! Winchester was a 20 min drive. All-in-all a brilliant few days!

We had a very lovely stay at the cottage. It was exactly what we wanted. The cottage is absolutely beautiful in a gorgeous setting. It was so peaceful and relaxing. There is so much wildlife around which was beautiful to see. There is plenty of room and the hot tub was amazing. Keith is an amazing host and nothing is too much trouble, he was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be recommending this place and would stay again.

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful, peaceful location. Lots of things to do locally for the kids. Loved the hot tub! Nice little putting green to play with the children too. Kitchen had everything we needed.

An absolutely beautiful setting to escape from every day life and connect with nature. So peaceful and tranquil, we felt like we could have been anywhere in the world. And a wonderful reflexology treatment really topped off the stay too.

The Bowery is a gem! The house itself has everything you need, cosy, spotlessly clean and we loved the very welcoming touches with the delicious homemade preserves and prosecco. We had our 15 month old with us and the toys and baby equipment really made our stay so easy with him. The garden is a haven - we were fortunate to have amazing weather and made the most of sitting out (our little boy had a dream ready made playground!) listening to the church bells and saying hello to the cats. Lots of nearby walks directly from the house and a handy waitrose and small tesco too. The Bowery is a great base to further explore the beautiful south downs. Thank you!

What a great setting for an escape to the country! I already miss waking up with the chickens and pigs to greet me every day. I also saw more wild animals and birds in my walks around here in a week, than I have in years in London. Auriol is a great host, relaxed, knowledgeable and friendly, and the property is exactly as described and shown here. Tips for other travelers: If you’re a light sleeper bring an eye mask and earplugs as it does get sunny in the main bedroom. Looking forward to returning here!

Wonderfully presented cosy little cottage in idyllic rural surroundings. The hosts were very accommodating and welcoming - and very responsive. The breakfast was such a lovely touch, and we adored the animals! Would highly recommend a stay here.

Such a lovely home, we didn't want to leave! Hosts were excellent communicators and also very warm and kind people. Loved our walks along the canal and peaceful surroundings. We will be back!

We stayed at The Clockhouse whilst visiting Windsor Castle. We would not hesitate to stop there again. Beautiful place, very peaceful. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Fantastic stay! Thank you, Sam x

Amanda and Ben couldn't have been more helpful, and the cottage was a lovely place to stay whilst visiting elderly family. The dogs were the icing on the cake for us!

Magical place! The setting is so beautiful, the huts wonderfully decorated, and with every thought given to comfort. My kids LOVED the stay, especially the chill out gazebos, and the fairy woods - truly a magical place! Communication was great, and Jenny really is a perfect host. We'll definitely be back!

Fantastic Christmas stay in beautiful Bramshott village. Olivia and Ed really helped us out when another host let us down at short notice. Cannot thank them enough for their flexibility, and for allowing our extended family to have a wonderful Christmas together. Olivia and Ed are great hosts, very quick and clear with communication, and happy to help with any questions we had. Highly recommend this home and location for large families. We easily accommodated 9 of us. Lots to do nearby, with great restaurants, pubs and local walks. Thanks again for a fabulous stay!

We (family of 4) stayed over the Easter weekend and had a wonderful stay. A very peaceful and stunning location. The pool is simply perfect, warm and clean with all the amenities you need for a family. Cosy barn, a perfect family getaway. We didn’t need to contact Katie during our stay but communication before our stay was very easy and quick. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Miranda's cottage is very well situated and set up for doing as we did - enjoying the local area, taking advantage of hot summer days by the pool, and walking in the woods with kids. Highly recommended for families of 4 or even more if you're prepared to really use the space. My kids were very happy sleeping in the twin beds, and we were able to use every inch of the place.

If you are looking for a home from home or an upgrade from home, this is the place to stay. Arrived from Melbourne and immediately settled into the joy of living in the countryside. Although too cold to enjoy the pool, we did use the tennis court and shot some hoops. We walked to Old Thorns Golf and Country Club and can recommend Katie's Coffee bar. It's an easy walk amongst stunning scenery. We walked back via the Foley Estate from the Deers Hut pub. Liphook is so lucky to have not one but two stunningly beautiful golf courses. If their is a heaven on earth, we must have stayed in its guest house!

The barn is beautiful and very well fitted out. Fabulous setting, absolutely stunning and super peaceful and quiet. The one bathroom was challenging at times with a party of adults but the rest of the barn is faultless and such a joy to stay in. The tennis court and other amenities were fabulous.

Lovely comfortable and spacious family house . Suzie the host was very friendly and obliging and made us feel very welcome in her beautiful home. Would definitely book again .

Emma was very welcoming as we arrived. She showed us around and gave us perfect advice on how to get into town. The cabin was perfect for a weekend away. We found a swing attached to the trees and had great fun. The bed was like a cloud and the kitchen had everything you need. Would recommend to family and would stay again.
